This is a review for the pharmacy only. This pharmacy does not call you when your script is ready, they never offered me a text message option either.
The real issue was what happened today (8/12/22): I went in and the pharmacist said my script was transferred to another location.
I drive across town to the other location and they tell me they never received a script. They call my primary pharmacy and explain the issue. My primary says we actually do not have a script.
I call my doctor’s office and they confirm the script was sent and even tell me the the store responded with a confirmation they received the script.
I drive back to my primary pharmacy and explain they have my script and they say oh yea it just came in (even though it was sent 45 minutes prior and they confirmed they had it…) the man working tells me we would need to order it. I say can you send it to the other pharmacy and they say yes. He then tells me I would need to call the other pharmacy and have them request the script.
I call the other pharmacy I just drove to and they say that does not need to happen. I explain what was going on and they said they would fill my script.
A pharmacist overhearing the conversation says oh you don’t need them to call us they can just look at your online profile (even though they just told me otherwise minutes ago) the pharmacist then proceeds to make a joke about how I made up the issue over the phone to his coworkers.
I will never return to this location. The man was rude not only to me but to another customer as well. He had the audacity to make a joke to his coworkers after giving me false information as if to cover himself from looking bad. I didn’t care I drove back and forth I just wanted a script filled. However, that disrespect will not be tolerated. Avoid if you want to spare yourself the headache. ~Greg
