This is a review for the pharmacy only. This pharmacy does not call you when your script is ready, they never offered me a text message option either. The real issue was what happened today (8/12/22): I went in and the pharmacist said my script was transferred to another location. I drive across town to the other location and they tell me they never received a script. They call my primary pharmacy and explain the issue. My primary says we actually do not have a script. I call my doctor’s office and they confirm the script was sent and even tell me the the store responded with a confirmation they received the script. I drive back to my primary pharmacy and explain they have my script and they say oh yea it just came in (even though it was sent 45 minutes prior and they confirmed they had it…) the man working tells me we would need to order it. I say can you send it to the other pharmacy and they say yes. He then tells me I would need to call the other pharmacy and have them request the script. I call the other pharmacy I just drove to and they say that does not need to happen. I explain what was going on and they said they would fill my script. A pharmacist overhearing the conversation says oh you don’t need them to call us they can just look at your online profile (even though they just told me otherwise minutes ago) the pharmacist then proceeds to make a joke about how I made up the issue over the phone to his coworkers. I will never return to this location. The man was rude not only to me but to another customer as well. He had the audacity to make a joke to his coworkers after giving me false information as if to cover himself from looking bad. I didn’t care I drove back and forth I just wanted a script filled. However, that disrespect will not be tolerated. Avoid if you want to spare yourself the headache.

I took my son to this Rite Aid pharmacy for COVID vaccine last week. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend everyone this pharmacy

Kanqueil was very rude, didn't greet me at the counter after I spoke to her. I asked for pricing on two products, she acted like she was very upset. May be new but definitely needs to learn some things

I’ve been coming here for months since I moved to MI and the employees that used to work here have always been super nice and helpful. I always get my prescriptions from here and I even get my amazon packages shipped here. Today I had the worst experience with this lady “who claims to be the store manager too” who was rude and dismissive. She only found one of my packages and said she couldn’t find the other one and that i should contact Amazon for a replacement or a refund even though she barely looked. When I asked her to double check she told me that she has, and that she has other customers to serve. I think people like her could benefit from some training on customer service. So disappointing!

Go to a different Pharmacy, it’ll be well worth the drive. The people they have working in the Pharmacy are so rude, not to mention their drive thru speaker hardly works. I called prior to ensure my prescription was ready and I was asked to bring my insurance card, which I did. She asked me if I had it in the drive thru and I did, I’m not sure if she expected me to place it agains the window or what but she looked at me and rolled her eyes as she opened the call box. So basically if you have no issue being undervalued for a good 15 minutes while you wait for your “ready” prescription... this is the place for you. What better is they will not fill your entire prescription. They will give you 1/2 & tell you to pick up the second half later.

I've shopped at this location for over 8 years go there at least 3x a week.Well in the last 3 weeks it's went to hell all the old employees that was friendly and helpful have been replaced with these rude people. No carts,shelves are practically empty.one trip i needed 5 items they had 1 neverrr had this problem before.Ill check back in two weeks to see if any different if not will start shopping at CVS.

Didn't realize how amazing this pharmacy was until I had to switch. My family has used this rite aid for as long as I can remember. They have always had great service and always had my refill ready. They worked in a timely manner and made sure I understood everything fully. I recently moved and had to switch rite aids and it has not been easy! They are also nice but I don't feel I can rely on them like I could this rite aid. So far I have had confusion and different stories so I really hope when I go to my new rite aid, my prescription will be there. If not, I may consider driving the 45 minutes to get to this rite aid!
