Pharmacy "Chris" was patient and helpful registering us and obtaining Medicare COVID test kits for us seniors when our usual pharmacy just turned us away.

Removing all our prescriptions from this store. Had a prescription that was too much and were told to use good rx from two different people. We went back to get our prescription and found out we had to have it in file there before we could use it. No one offered to help, or ask if there was a problem. What happened to customer service????

I received my covid booster at this CVS today. The process was very quick and easy. The pharmacist who administered my shot was very nice and fast.

The pharmacy vacuum tube has been broken for months, so you have to wait behind COVID tests to get your Rx.

Went in asking about COVID testing and was rudely answered by a female pharmacist. She didn't have the time for my questions and made it clear as I was standing there. Not a great experience.

Was told the script would take an hour to prepare. Okay back two hours later it wasn't ready. Call to come back in 10 minutes the medication came in a sealed bottle. Which means they didn't even have to count them out all I had to do was grab the bottle off-the-shelf.

Great pharmacy. They are really good about having medication on hand and do a great job with notifying you when it is available. This is the best pharmacy in the area based on consistent experiences over time.

Don't bother getting your COVID test from CVS. Their lab, Quest labs lost my test and 8 days out I still haven't received my test and am in quarantine on my vacation in Hawaii. I've contacted minute clinic customer services 6 times now and they haven't' made any progress on finding my results to my test. Very disappointed in CVS.

I use the pharmacy here and the location is very convenient. They have an auto refill service which is great I don't have to worry about forgetting to call in my refills. CVS automatically fills them when it's time and then send me a text message letting me know when it's ready. They also always have medication that I take every month that I was having a hard time at Meijer with. Every month they never had it in stock that's actually what made me switch pharmacies and I'm happy I did.
