13 Best convenience store in Ann Arbor, Michigan (MI) 2024

This is a small shop stocked with special imported foods and goods. I almost didn't want to leave a review, because I don't want others knowing this little secret. This is where I find the best wine, chocolates and fresh deli cheese. I hope you will support this store. ~Courtney

I called the pharmacy at 9 am, when they open, to make sure my prescription had been filled, it hadn't, they weren't able to find the needed number on my insurance card they needed so I brought the card in around 9:40 am and said I would be back in an hour to get it. When I arrived at 11am it still hadn't been filled and he said it would take another hour, I told the pharmacist I needed it sooner for an emergency procedure and he told me I just had to wait, I started to cry (emotional about the procedure and stress) and he rudely said "this is nothing to cry about". Both the phone interaction and in person interactions were short and rude. Will be switching pharmacies. ~Meghan

Used to close the inside late night, but now it's a gamble whether they're open inside or not all day. Visited at 5:30 pm only to be told we could only buy tobacco and lotto at the window. ~Kerry

Speedy freeze machine hasn’t been working properly for months. The consistency is way off. I think the temp needs to be turned down or something. Specifically the coke. ~Jay

I'm visiting from Florida and, as an asthmatic, have been struggling with the cold and low humidity. It is especially hard to breathe and the dryness means I'm constantly drinking water. I had my Dr call in a rescue inhaler to this pharmacy, only to arrive and find that they close at 5 PM on the weekend. There are no hours posted to know otherwise. I'm not happy at all and up here for a wedding so don't have time to switch pharmacies as this was on the way to the reception. Annoyed and having difficulty breathing. Please update your hours. ~Angela

I Shop here all the time and spend allot of money here as I live right down the road, but every time I come here from the hours of 2am and 6am they are closed which is about every single day. You say you’re open 24 hours but never open when I stop by. I will be going somewhere else that I know is truly open 24/7. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but dont advertise hours you are open that you’re not. consistency and reliability is key. ~Joshua

The owner/staff are always very kind & helpful. He has even stocked certain beverages just because I stop there once or twice a week. Honest, small, family business. Found my wallet & held it untouched, until I realized where it was and could return to pick it up. ~E.

Removing all our prescriptions from this store. Had a prescription that was too much and were told to use good rx from two different people. We went back to get our prescription and found out we had to have it in file there before we could use it. No one offered to help, or ask if there was a problem. What happened to customer service???? ~Melane

Actually I like to clarify that price for small Asfodia is 1.99 and big one 3.49. you can talk to owner about this. It's same price at Patel Brother's also. Prices are very low, compair to Patel brother's and other places in Ann Arbor, and products also very good. Make sure talk to owner about all your confusion. ~Surekha
