My husband and I are the type that find what we need, get in and get out. The sales reps are efficient when it comes to that. We were surprised at how it did not take long to order our necessities. We seriously enjoy our new couch that we got two years ago and now our dresser coming in today. Sales rep Matt was the one that helped with showing a dresser. With a baby on the way and me getting ready to be in labor any moment he was straight forward showed what was in the budget. Great customer service and Thank you Matt!

I like the chair however prior to purchase the sales department arranged to have an upholsterer come repair one small issue and over 6 conversations and 6 months later The issue hasn’t been resolved. For the price I payed I expected Northern Mattress to stand by their agreement. I will not purchase anything from them again due to their lack of professionalism

I would rate higher but they have a no Return policy .. As Is policy . I got it home realized it was not the right choice I couldnt box it back up an return it. You own it. What happen to customer care ?? Next time I will order on line and save money an will be able to return it. Other then that they had lots of furniture.

Well I saw what I wanted and waited 5-10 minutes for sales person and bought it. Asked if I could pick it up the next day and there was no problem. Picked up item the next day and the guys who helped were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. They have a very good selection of living room and bedroom furniture. I’m sure I will be purchasing something else in the coming year.

Horrible customer service, and not honest about their furniture. The manager stated a piece of furniture was natural leather. A few days later when I went back to the store to complete the transaction. I asked the sales associate at checkout what they recommended to clean & care for the leather they informed me it was fabric. The sales associate was correct; it was fabric. We called the manager, and she made up a story about another piece of furniture being leather she spoke about. Needless to say I did not complete the transaction, but they wasted a lot of my time. Please don’t waste your time with this store! To the owner of the store: the female sales manager is very rude and untrustworthy. The other sales associates are nice, but seem scared of her.
