I get crippling anxiety and very indecisive regarding making a major purchase such as a mattress, especially since I have had uncomfortable sleeping issues over the years. I bought a mattress and was so sure it was a good purchase for me. Lisa and Shawn at the Augusta location were extremely helpful and patient with me with helping me exchange my purchase for a new mattress that will hopefully be a better fit for me! I recommend shopping with them!

A great experience! Lisa in the Augusta, ME store was SO helpful assisting my family in selecting an adjustable bed and mattress for our sister with mobility issues. Our salesperson was friendly and down to Earth, not pushy at all. We needed a budget friendly mattress, and he was happy to bring us right over to their wide selection. The trial process was easy and we took our time. We hit the July 4th deal and got a $1200 comfortable mattress with free delivery for under $500. I would definitely return when looking for a mattress in the future.

Shawn was the nicest dude, no pressure just genuine knowledge of the products and went out of his way to help me find the perfect mattress. I was going to shop around then come back if I didn’t find something somewhere else but barely made it to my car before turning around and getting the mattress he helped me find. 10/10 service with no pressure and no sales pitch. Just genuine care and concern for your budget and comfort.

Sean (or Shawn?) was an amazing sales person, he showed genuine concern and interest for my personal benefit, not for the money/sale. He helped me pick out what I needed, and had some great suggestions/input. I told him he should sell me something else as well, just because I appreciated his honesty and input. Super chill guy, he even loaded my mattress into my car for me! Would HIGHLY recommend buying through Sean at Mattress Firm in Augusta, he’ll get you a good deal on what you want. He also saved me a lot of money by showing me which specific mattresses were on sale. Anyway, awesome customer service!!!
