Entering Jordan's Furniture for the first time I was amazed. The sales floor is humongous, the selection of furniture equally impressive. It was pleasant to enter a store like Jordan's and not immediately be accosted by a salesperson. They actually have assistance request stations allowing shoppers to browse in private until the shopper wants assistance. I didn't browse the whole store. I went looking for only a couple items but did browse a bit. Every section I browsed had an impressive variety at various price points. We dealt with a delightful sales associate named Scott Nelson. He made us feel at home, answered our questions and was thorough in his answers. We were made aware of choices available. I recommend both Jordan's Furniture and Scott Nelson for your next furniture purchase(s).

We decided to begin our search for new living room furniture. We had looked a little in the late winter but did not have a clear idea of what we wanted. Having a better idea in August we walked into Jordan Furniture and was approached by a very nice sales Lady. I told her what we had in mind and she was very helpful. When it was getting overwhelming picking out fabrics, she gave us a little time to ourselves. My husband and I had a few laughs to ease the tension. Our experience was fantastic! We are in love with all of our choices. Thanks to a knowledgeable designer and sales person at Jordan. Can’t wait to get our new furniture.

Me and My wife have been wanting and looking for a sectional for a while now.. We've looked here before and couldn't find one we liked, also seeing all the high priced items makes you walk a little faster when you're not looking to spend so much. However this trip was different, we found one on the top floor in the middle of all of the higher priced items, after sitting on it and discussing different options for the couch with our sales guy Jonathan Broff, we decided to purchase it. Great buy! Comfy. the options we bought makes it to where we can move the couch in multiple positions. Jonathan was great, he sat there with us as we talked about the different options and would check to make sure it was in stock. Really good couch for $2,400!

My husband & I were first time shoppers here and had an awesome experience! We were greeted by Kevin T. shortly after entering and we were so grateful to have connected with him! He listened carefully to all we asked for & he found the perfect recliners for us the first time! We thought it might take hours of walking around & looking! But we were so happy with Kevin & Jordan's that we skipped going to 2 other furniture stores!! We are super excited to have our new stuff delivered in Aug/Sept & will most definitely go back to Jordan's & Kevin for any future furniture needs! 👍😁

Random decision to stop here to look for a side chair to compliment an old secretary desk. This was a first time visit as well. The store is extensive and very well arranged. When looking over their displays we located a very nice chair from a dining set. It turns out you can order one chair shown in a display. Even better, the chair was in stock and available in 48 hours. Going to such a store today that has inventory available sooner than a couple months is almost unheard-of. Super fast and friendly sales process. Highly recommend this store.

Michael at the Sleep Center was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and amiable. He took us through the Bridge It process to help determine our individual situations. He listened carefully and provided several options to consider with absolutely no pressure to buy. When we settled on the product we both enjoyed, he helped us consider the parameters of several finance options. After consideration of all Michael was able to provide we finalized our selection and made the “deal”. After we left we had reconsidered the finance options and called Michael. He was more than helpful as we changed our finance process. Michael is a wonderful asset to Jordan’s and highly recommended and deserving of accolades from our view point. Thank you Michael. We will do our best to recommend others considering needs similar to ours.

Hayden, the associate that worked with us, was awesome! She was really patient, super kind, and gave great feedback as well as all the necessary details about our purchase. I had no idea Jordans furniture had such fantastic customer service and so many fabric options for the various couches! We will absolutely shop there again!

This was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! Scott was our salesperson and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He helped us pick out a new sectional couch and took the time to work with us finding the exact color and fabric we wanted. We both really appreciated his expertise! When I called back to confirm the measurements the manager I spoke to was equally helpful! You guys have a great team there, thank you for making this so stress free!

Bought $9000.00 worth of furniture and I can tell you I will never buy anything from Jordans again. The queen Simmons Beauty Black which was $3000.00 was actually 2 inches narrower than advertised making the slats in the bed very visible. The headboard rattles as the wooden inserts are not glued or nailed . The adjustable base is cheap and looks like a hospital bed as it is not enclosed in cloth like an actual Simmons power base that I own in my other home. I actually came home the other day and it was moving up and down on its own. I had to unplug it as the remote was non responsive. I spoke with customer support and the best they would do is give me $500.00 for a $1000.00 power base. How’s that for customer service. Just beware of the quality of the products sold in that store, they definitely do not match up with the premium pricing. I don’t mind spending top dollar far quality but in this cases I feel ripped off. I’ve had much better luck at Furniture Superstore and Bobs. Far superior quality at a much better price. Would not recommend Jordan’s to ANYONE!! Update….after much negotiations Jordan’s agreed to swap my power base with the one I thought I was originally getting in the beginning (non clinical looking) but charged me a 30% restocking fee. Upon delivery it appears the install crew tore the fabric most likely got dragged along the doorway. The install crew was very nice but were like bulls in a china shop. Sent photos to customer service and waiting for a response.
