I was there 7/29/22. I gave 1 star because the wait time was horrible. I was #18 when I walked in and only 2 people working the counter. I thought it would be fast, but it took approximately 45 minutes to an hour per person. After getting my equipment and attempting to activate at home I was told to return to the store and have it added to my account and could not be fixed just by calling over the phone. I came back to the store at 5:45 pm and still a long list but few people actually waiting in the store. My concerns were addressed an hour later when there was only ONE (1) person working and still about 6-7 people still waiting. I found out after talking to some of the customers, one was waiting since 3:00 PM and it's the only service out where they live, it was already 6:15pm. I have to say kudos to Josh (Joshua on name tag). He handled the customers very well. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. He sure didn't let us see him sweat. He was still smiling and reassured us he will see every customer still left in the store as fast and efficiently as he could. Thanks Josh!

Customer service to where they had to work at... Poor at Best single gold star. Whoo they should celebrate, should be ZERO. Total garbage in this store. Looking for a class action lawsuit to sign on to for internet access that gets scaled back every evening . They do not deliver what I am paying for.

Always have only two people working and 20 people waiting. They have 6 Kiosks setup desks with always only 2 people working. You should never have to wait this long to return equipment.

This is the absolute WORST CABLE Ive ever had! And I've had cable for over 40 years! Constant freeze ups and outages up to 5 time a day??? And I'm paying how much a month??? My guide had NEVRR been correct and every time I call they try to blame MY TV. I can't wait to move and get back to Atlantic broadband!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE. I haven't been able to watch an entire ahow in MONTHS! I'm sitting here now watching a show where every sungle sentence spoken is freezing up so badly I have NO idea what's even being said!!!! FIND A DIFFERENT internet company and stream your programming. Biggest rip off I've ever paid for!!! - 10 stars

Real bad... Severely understaffed. Extremely busy for a Tuesday... 20ish people were waiting to be helped by 1 employee. Some were literally sitting on the floor. In all seriousness the BMV runs smoother. Don't waste your time visiting this location. Have the technician come to you on their time.

Spectrum is by far the best service I've ever had for cell and landline service. We've had AT&T, Verizon and 3 other services in the all the places we have lived. Internet is fast, never down. I watch movies while my spouse drives. Fast, no drops.

Giving 5 stars because of customer representative Michael who took enough time to satisfy our needs me and my husband yesterday!!! If it was because of the first customer representative, Scott, I would’ve gave one star just to get to write this!!! Scott was VERY VERY UNHELPFUL to us with so much neglect to US! We were looking to upgrade our current phones and add another line to our lines for our son’s 12th birthday. Scott didn’t seem willing to help us because he first gave us a phone number to call to change our address(which was already changed in the system and which would not be a reason to not help us!!!) we then told him that we were going to call right the way because our biggest concern was to get the new phone for our son but because he was in hurry while talking to us he mentioned that we should go do that at home because it’s something that can take hours to days to process we told him that we have enough time and the store was still open we were going to make the call and then sign in again. He also lied to us about how much it would cost us to upgrade our phones by doubling how much payments we still have left and adding how much more we will add to that in order to get new phones. It was like it’s something we would not afford. When we made the call we were told that the address is already changed and even if it was not that would not be a reason not to help us. We then signed in again and were after received by Michael who did a VERY GREAT job helping us. We were then able to get the new phone for our son for his birthday. AGAIN,THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHAEL!!! Back to Scott, while we were waiting after our second sign in, we recognize how very welcoming he was to other customers and had a big question in us, IS IT SOMETHING RELATED TO SKIN COLOR??? Because he was taking enough time and answering other customers needs!!! Hope his manager or whoever is on top of him will talk to him about this! I will never forget how bad he treated us and I wish he never receive us again in the future!!!

I came here on a Saturday at 10, Jon was amazing. I waited maybe 60 seconds, and within 15 minutes he had me out of there with a new router and modem. No surprise, with his direction, everything was set-up easily. No clue why this place has moderate reviews, this was MUCH less of a headache than expected. Jon, you're the man.

Zero stars. After being assured that we would be placed on a vacation hold in October, I assumed it would happen. 5 months and $400 later, I discovered that the hold never happened. Spectrum is "very sorry" but there's nothing they can do about incompetent employees and no credit would be available to me. Needless to say, I am looking for another internet provider.

The manager here is absolutely TERRIBLE. His staff is in complete disarray with zero communication. I was having issues with one of his staff who was cleary having a tough time with some of my questions (Or they just didn’t care because he made it clear he was off in ten minutes and had to rush). Instead of helping the staff member, he instead watched from afar and allowed his staff to provide terrible customer service. Being a manager in a similar environment, having your staffs back and actually being a leader is a huge part of the job. He clearly doesn’t know how to do that.
