Best telecommunications service provider in South Portland, Maine (ME) 2024

I was there 7/29/22. I gave 1 star because the wait time was horrible. I was #18 when I walked in and only 2 people working the counter. I thought it would be fast, but it took approximately 45 minutes to an hour per person. After getting my equipment and attempting to activate at home I was told to return to the store and have it added to my account and could not be fixed just by calling over the phone. I came back to the store at 5:45 pm and still a long list but few people actually waiting in the store. My concerns were addressed an hour later when there was only ONE (1) person working and still about 6-7 people still waiting. I found out after talking to some of the customers, one was waiting since 3:00 PM and it's the only service out where they live, it was already 6:15pm. I have to say kudos to Josh (Joshua on name tag). He handled the customers very well. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. He sure didn't let us see him sweat. He was still smiling and reassured us he will see every customer still left in the store as fast and efficiently as he could. Thanks Josh! ~Maria
