John and Tomi are a pleasure to deal with. I have brought my Audi A4 to them a couple times so far and have been very pleased with their service. John knows his stuff and has been very helpful, and I appreciate their communication and fairness each time I bring my car there. I would come here more frequently if I lived more local, but I will always make the drive for something that requires someone who really knows his way around an Audi.

I had brought my 2007 vw golf to E2 Auto for two separate occasions. The first being both the radiator cooling fans decided to fail and the other trip was when my clutch failed along with my alternator. Both of these trips to E2 Auto were nothing but a pleasant experience. They provided me with images to show what was done and the parts that failed. Each time I called they were able to answer my questions. When I get another European car I will make sure that I give my business to Tomi and John. I just recommended them to my buddy who owns an A4 that needs some love. I would 100% recommend E2 for anyone that’s looking for a trustworthy, accommodating, and a local family run business. I just brought my 2017 VW Tiguan in for an oil change and tire rotation. After calling to make my appointment I knew i made the right choice with E2 Auto. When making my appointment with Tomi she was wonderful to speak with, extremely accommodating, and very helpful. When picking my car up, John came out and chatted with me briefly regarding some questions I had asked over the phone. I brought my Audi Q5 to E2 (European Engineering Automotives) due to a failed chain and complete engine failure after just 64,000 miles. From the moment my car arrived at E2 I was treated like family. I am not embellishing, both Tomi and John treated me with the respect, empathy, and patience usually reserved for those we love. The are a true team. The communication was clear and transparent. They immediately diagnosed the issue and told me exactly what I would pay. Because an engine replacement is so costly they allowed me all the time I needed to come to the conclusion to move forward with the engine repair versus buying new. I ultimately came to that conclusion because I trusted them more than any new car dealer I would be dealing with. We talked on the phone and texted consistently so that I would know every step of the way what was happening. I would never wish an engine failure on anyone, but I have to say my car is now repaired on-time, for the price I was quoted and now drives like a new car fresh off the lot. If youre looking for an honest and top quality repair shop for your vw or audi this is the place to go! Took my 2000 vw jetta for a tune up and some other repairs and they got the job done fast and at a great price! Im happy to say I found a shop I will be returning to for all my future euro car needs :)
