Would give zero stars if it was a option the fact the guy who bought the business got rid of all the auto parts and just does tires and service now ruined on of the best places to get parts now just runs an extremely overpriced tire service when u can go anywhere to get tires for half to 3/4 less what they charge at this point the store should just close not worth anyones time or money anymore

Came in for a check engine light light and maine inspection today, they were nice enough to check the codes but could not fix the problem because they didn't have a tech that could fix it or inspect the vehicle for the same reason. I've never had this issue in the past with this location.

Have bought several sets of tires for our personal and business vehicles from Pepboys. Can't say enough good about the helpful, caring customer service we always were greeted with when managers Ron, and Ben were there. (Auburn Me., location.) Very eager to be sure we got questions answered and best deals they could offer. Those days are over. What a joke in there now. If you have an extra minute, go in and ask for the manager. It will be an experience you wont forget if you get the one we experienced. He didnt even know how to figure out tire prices and couldnt run the register. Had to ask one of the other workers. Then he threw his fellow employee under the bus by saying that he was always telling customers the wrong information when he couldn't come up with the price quote his fellow employee gave us. Won't be going back any time soon unless I need another comedy show. By the way, the one star rating we gave was generous on our part.

I paid over $200 for a seasonal tire change over and oil change. I ended up having to stop at another garage two days later because the rim of one tire was put on incorrectly and the tire had leaked air and gone flat.

I would honestly give this place 0 stars I went I'm to have 4 snow tires put on my 2015 Subaru Sti it is lowered but they tried to put it on there alignment rack anyways and stove my rocker panels up and even damaged a couple of my wheels I am not to happy about it and will be reaching out to corporate it's hard to see in pics but I didn't get pics of rockers yet

Steve was fantastic! I needed help changing my hub caps, and he went out of his way to help me. He changed them very quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, and genuine. Honestly I would definitely recommend coming here if you need tire services! I’m really pleased. 5 stars from me :)

This location is very helpful and there are employees whom are friendly and nice. They do stock a ton of parts and accessories for your vehicle, as well as all of the fluids that you need. Also if you want to wash your vehicle they have a great selection to make your ride sparkle and shine! The tire service does include rotations and they have the ability to perform alignments. They stock a good selection of tires and have buy 3 get 1 free tire deals often. If they do not have your size or brand in stock they will order the tires that you want. They also can order new wheels for your ride as well. They offer vehicle servicing and maintenance from simple oil changes to more extensive maintenance. They will make appointments with you to have your service done as well so that you can arrive with confidence that your vehicle will get worked on when expected. Wether it be a new alternator, new tires, an oil change, some routine maintenance or even just some rain-x for your windshield and some new wipers to improve your vision in wet conditions, this location will try to help you get on your way and driving safely with your friends and family.

Very happy with my experience at this Pep Boys. Alex was very helpful explaining different things to me in laymen’s terms regarding my battery replacement, and I thought they were very helpful, courteous, and efficient in taking care me and my car. I would recommend this place, and people around town typically recommend this place for their good service, which is why I came today.
