We were greeted by Derek and he was attentive,professional and kind. He went step by step in our experience. If he did not know an answer to a question he asked the team. The team was very helpful and professional. Near the end of the transaction, we asked how many vehicles had Derek sold and we found out we were his first and we were very impressed and pleased. We had a poor experience when I purchased my last vehicle,with Lee GMC. Derek gets 5 stars plus if we can rate him as high as the scale goes. After sale calls are wonderful . Chris from the Auburn area was awesome, he came out within about 20 minutes of us calling, and patched our flat tire. He was professional, friendly and fast. I was very pleased with our service, we have lived in other states where it took over an hour sometimes, over 2 hours, for AAA to come, we were utterly shocked when Chris was able to arrive so soon. We had to pay an extra $75 over the phone, to get service the same day that we bought our membership (we had lapsed in our membership since moving, and had to buy a new membership for this area), but I feel it was money well spent if this is the kind of pleasant staff they hire, and the great service they provide. ~Kelly

Overall it is a decent small store. I am dissatisfied with their Men’s department as it is smaller than any other T.J. Max or Marshall’s that I have visited. The shopping plaza this location is in is also a little rundown and there are few white lines indicating the parking spots, so the parking lot was a mess. The Augusta location has a much better selection. ~Just

We had quite the experience today. Ordered online to deliver to work. We got somebody else's order, but they happily replaced our food free of charge. And I can now say, I am a believer in the Domino's chicken wings, holy smokes. The food was impeccable, driver was chill and awesome, upbeat. Liberty took the online order and handled the phone when I called and she was wonderful. 5 Stars overall, thanks guys! ~tiffany
