Did what they said when they said they'd do it! My truck is a 1-ton with dual wheels and the lugs put ipma fight coming off. They did the job and were great!

Save your money and spend the 10 dollars more at VIP. I got all brand new tires from this place and not even 2K miles later I got a flat from wear in the middle inside sidewall. They said I hit a pothole but I re-drove the road and there no pothole in over 10 miles from the flat. They then said my my car probably puncture itself. Mechanic looked it over and there’s nothing off or wrong with my car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.

Great guys who added air to my soft tires. Noted that I had a valve stem going bad and encouraged me to get it fix soon but did not pressure me into an appointment. So helpful!

Made an appointment for a 4 wheel balance. They took me on time and got me back on the road in a reasonable time. I have dealt with Scott and Rob before and have always taken care of my needs.

Set up an appointment for a tire change and alignment 3 weeks prior to my appointment date. During the setup, I was asked over the phone if it was a drop off or wait. I said I'll be waiting then asked if I would still be able to get the alignment. The woman on the phone said yes. I go in for my appointment 30min before and the guy at the counter said he wouldn't do my alignment because he had to answer phones even tho there was already someone answering phones besides him. The only reason I went to the auburn location was due to farmingtons alignment equipment being down. This place cost me 2 hours of pay and refused to honor the appointment made. I will be calling corporate. Any damage to my car from this blatant refusal to honor the appointment will be reimbursed. You may want to inform your staff about "Mechanics Negligence" laws.
