We were greeted by Derek and he was attentive,professional and kind. He went step by step in our experience. If he did not know an answer to a question he asked the team. The team was very helpful and professional. Near the end of the transaction, we asked how many vehicles had Derek sold and we found out we were his first and we were very impressed and pleased. We had a poor experience when I purchased my last vehicle,with Lee GMC. Derek gets 5 stars plus if we can rate him as high as the scale goes. After sale calls are wonderful . I was very pleased with the most recent appointment. My truck was ready in 30 minutes, the price was very reasonable, and I did not feel rushed when I was told that the truck was ready but I still needed a couple of minutes to wrap up my work on the computer that I had begun while connected to the wifi in the waiting area. Excellent experience overall.

I feel valued, which is very important. We come in with a positive attitude and it is nice to get that back. Doesn't happen everywhere, but it seems very consistent here! My vehicles look FANTASTIC! I DIDNT have the extra cash but did want them looking good. They are great now!

Lee Honda in Auburn is tops for service.... I had an appointment on April 24 to change my windshield wiper... the Service attendant, pulled off the blades, went to parts, installed inserts...all I had to pay was for the inserts....that's smart fast service.. Bueno
