Signed up online. It's been a month and I still have not received what I ordered. Got a email 2 weeks ago saying it was waiting on delivery. I had to call the store. They didn't call to let me know it had came in. Still have not gotten my order. On top of that they sending bill reminders that my payment is due. Why when I haven't even got the items. SMH. Thinking about just ending the contract.

Need hired new people that know what customer service is!!!!! Two workers was very hateful and rude..... P.s. the new manager and crew don't know how to keep up with payment wait til the middle of the month. To ask for it. Close the store down..

They double charge watch your bank account closely when they are gonna draw money out.if you order something make it a point to call everyday or it will never get delivered. They charge random fees and change your payment dates so you will have to pay the late fees. If you get double charged better be ready to wait forever to get it back. I got charged twice called everyday and its been almost an entire month and still no refund. They talk a good game but they dont follow through with action just words.

These people are only nice until you sign the contract. Then theses people are rude and will not install or deliver. It took 2+ weeks to get my stuff And I had to pick up and return the appliance that did not work. The manager, she and some of her workers are unkind. Customer service is Totally lacking here. I will return the stuff and be done with them Completely.

Don't do business with these people unless your willing to receive daily "reminders"(harrassment) for two to three weeks prior to the due date. Also they will show up the day of or the day after your due date regardless if you have a decent or good payment history. UPDATE: They will also show up even if you have only 2 payments left

They have a great selection, the ladys are very helpful went to few competitors b4 was left wondering why I bothered. They found exactly what I was looking for had it brought from another store. Explained everything completely answered all my questions with smiles. If your in need go see what they can do for you. Thank you ladys we will come to yall first from now on.

They had this sectional listed on Facebook and I went to the store located on Maryland told them I wanted it but needed it delivered they charge a fee but it was worth paying. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but an emergency come up they promised this morning and even called me to make sure I was home. Thanks Everyone at Aaron's love the sectional

I’m glad you have a store and make money ,,,,but if your truck would have ran me over go 65 on west morales I think my wife would have sued you big time ,,,the driver didn’t see me walking my dogs and one of them was heading for the street I wait and walk them when no one is around. The speed limit is posted very well on that road and people walk there at night so tell your drivers to have pity on us ,,,,oh yea he just past the house at the same speed.20 mph over the speed limit. Thanks
