I'm a guy who shops daily at my store in Alamogordo, NM. I also ride a mountain bike. Occasionally I forget to bring in ng my lock. The staff has had no problem with allowing me to park just inside the entrance. Thank you.

Wish one or two people at a register. The self check it's fairly fast but it wouldn't be nice not to have to do everything on your own. It's like going to a restaurant and doing the cooking and cleaning.

The manager actually met me at my car (a very kind gesture for sure)! He was extremely helpful explaining things to me and also very kind. I bought 4 new tires, they put them on my car (which didn't take to long for them to do) and I was out in a reasonable amount of time and on my way.

It was ok at best. But the true is I don't like that they constantly move things around. It makes it so much harder to find the things you need. It is a royal pain in the butt. Also I know I am not the only customer that feels this way. If I were to guess I would say the majority of people that shop there every week would say or feel the same as I do.

Train your employees in common courtesy. Dont cut off wheelchair users while wearing your uniform. Dont make snippy comments cuz you did something wrong and people called you out for it. Train your employees in customer service. I shouldnt feel like im in the way of a worker who went into an aisle i was in first. im in a wheelchair, its ridiculous that i felt like a burden to an employee who couldve waited 10 seconds for me to move or even better yet, say excuse me the first time you cut someone off.

I have to say I'm never disappointed with Walmart. My go to store for a lot of stuff. If I don't change my own oil, it's Walmart for myself and my friends for me. I'd suggest talking to the manager and mechanics first. The only way I will let someone work on my cars. Just to be sure get out there and pull your own stick!

On the smaller scale, this Walmart still provides the necessities comparable to larger stores. What was quite amazing is considering it’s very small size, there wasn’t a lot of people here during the usually peak hours. The store was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very courteous at all times.
