I went a few days ago with a friend, and the one day I didn’t have a mask I thought it would be okay to go in. They stopped us and told us to get a mask MEANWHILE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND A WORKER WERE NOT WEARING ONE. I’m Hispanic and the other people who were not wearing a mask were white. Felt racially motivated. ~Arlene

Not a five because they didn't have a particular size. Customer service was great, offered to call other stores in the area. Offered to help us with a online order and every employee greeted us even though it was 20 minutes till close. Great service and great attitudes, will definitely be back. Appreciate all the hard work and top notch customer service. ~Sammy

Signed up online. It's been a month and I still have not received what I ordered. Got a email 2 weeks ago saying it was waiting on delivery. I had to call the store. They didn't call to let me know it had came in. Still have not gotten my order. On top of that they sending bill reminders that my payment is due. Why when I haven't even got the items. SMH. Thinking about just ending the contract. ~Chasity

I got into my appt really quickly. I liked that i was able to do the paperwork online. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain each thing to me. The dentist was really helpful and took a lot of time to make sure he helped me with my questions. Overall i was grateful for such a positive experience. ~Pauline

Sorry place his phone will not pair to a bluetooth and his internet box will not work. We went up there they do not want to help or even refund his money or give him a new phone. I would not recommend them to anyone ~Christy

This location has a lot more backpacking supplies than I thought. I was very surprised by the employee's efficiency to locate the items I needed as well as overall product knowledge. Thanks so much Sarah for all your help, keep up the GREAT work!! ~Myles

Best Shoe Store I've shopped in years! Knowledgeable, friendly, multitasking, salesperson. She knew her brands and the featires. We needed both orthotic and standard type shoes. I will shop there exclusively from now on. BTW...while I was there a customer CALLED in her order for pickup. The manager knew her and the customer evidently knew she could trust him. Irritated that they have a hand written sign to wear mask. But employees don’t follow them. And when I asked why aren’t your employee who is behind you wearing a mask. The employee wants to state oh because we are vaccinated. But yet the employee behind him was hearing us and started to cover his face with his shirt. I think if a store policy wants there customers to follow policy I would assume they would ask there employees to follow them as well. ~Monica

The pharmacist Steve is always a good man to talk to about adverse effects of medicine reactions and side effects. The staff is new in the pharmacy and not knowledgeable about prescription narcotics refills. ~Michael
