This was our first visit and Dr. Nelson is amazing! He took his time to explain what's happening and answered all of my questions, very professional, polite and meticulous. After hearing about our long trip to this branch Dr. Nelson offered to do more procedures during this visit and that saved us so much time. The nurse's were also friendly and helpful, I had nurse Ana. As a patient who is difficult to get/stay numb, they proceeded to make sure I was comfortable. Afterwards we spoke with the office manager Sandy Saucedo, who is also amazing, she's easy going, patient, understanding and transparent with your plans and scheduling. Everyone handled the multiple appts smoothly and is considerate of your time. Thank you, Everyone. Highly recommend!

So Thursday evening I broke my tooth, miserable all night. I filled out the online emergency appointment form and was call first thing Friday morning!! They were busy busy and still got me in and extracted my broken tooth, everyone was kind and easy to talk to!! Will be following up with them and will recommend to everyone!!

I got into my appt really quickly. I liked that i was able to do the paperwork online. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain each thing to me. The dentist was really helpful and took a lot of time to make sure he helped me with my questions. Overall i was grateful for such a positive experience.

Went there because family member had gone. Had cavities filled then they stated I would need a crown on back molar. Ground on tooth for 3 hrs. Placed temporary and went down hill from there. Never able to chew on right side, cold and hot fluid hurt. Multiple visits afterwards with no results. Will see another dentist to do root canal and see how bad it really is. Bill was 6,000. I’ll not go back so they are off the hook, and hope the next guy can handle it.

My husband was a patient at Aspen Dental Hobbs and had a very, very poor experience related to his extractions and post-op care from both the dentist and Oral Surgeon. They were far more concerned about signing him up for periodontal work and getting a prepayment. After finally seeing a new dentist and being referred to a new Oral Surgeon, to correct issues related to extractions, it is obvious that our care was sub-par at best through Aspen. Also, my husband left a detailed, truthful, and informative review for customers to read and then it magically disappeared (it had no false information, no foul harm, etc). Customers deserve to have all information when looking for Dental care, not just the reviews a corporation wants you to see.

I had a great experience, felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My Dr was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and painless free as possible while she was working on my teeth. I recommend you give them a try before you go anywhere else to get your teeth worked on. Awesome staff and Doctor!!!

I will not be going back and unless you just have a small cleaning that needs to be done, you shouldn’t go here either. The initial exam was fine and the only reason why this place got more than one star. I have a long rant but I will hit the high points: barely even addressed the issue I went in with and tried to turn a $500 job into a $5,000 gravy train of issues. And now, I had to call my Primary Care Provider who lives 6 HOURS away to prescribe me an antibiotic so that I can self-temporarily cap my broken tooth to stave off a bacterial infection spreading so that I can wait 3 MONTHS to get a root canal. Worthless, I am so glad I come from a medical family

I was pleasantly surprised at the experience I had at Aspen Dental. I was heart broken when my Dentist passed, Dr. Henderson. Not because he was such a great dentist but a great person too. We truly miss him! Everything was smooth and the employees were very professional and efficient! Thanks Aspen Dental!

I highly recommend Mahogany the dental hygienist. She is so gentle very considerate. The deep cleaning I had was the best dental experience I have had. I really appreciated the way she explained what she was going to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you have a question they take the time to explain.
