Best Shoe Store I've shopped in years! Knowledgeable, friendly, multitasking, salesperson. She knew her brands and the featires. We needed both orthotic and standard type shoes. I will shop there exclusively from now on. BTW...while I was there a customer CALLED in her order for pickup. The manager knew her and the customer evidently knew she could trust him. Awesome experience!

Adrian took the time to take care of me and my family. He listened to me about the issue I have been having with plantar fasciitis and he helped me try on several pair to find a feel that that was good for me. He was very knowledgeable about all of his products and how they were designed to help with my issues. Selection not great. Browns use to be the place to find dress shoes. Good dress shoes, they no longer even carry basic dress shoes. Has become a casual store.

The new owner is really knowledgeable and was able to get me into the correct pair of New Balance runners to correct the incorrect fit from my last pair (fitted and purchased from a five star Google review running store in Albuquerque) which was causing blisters on my left forefoot. Consider this: in this day and age you can buy any shoe online. The reason to go to a store is for the advice which will save you time driving to Lubbock and money ordering the wrong pair online. Do yourself a favor: speak to the owner at Brown's shoes and get the correct shoe at a fair price without any hassle.
