We use Platinum Rentals at least once a year and it’s always been such a pleasure working with Tina. She’s always so helpful and kind. We had to move our rental dates several times and she changed them and happily obliged each times. We started renting vehicles a few years ago and have never gone anywhere else. Platinum also worked on my mom’s Jeep when it suddenly wouldn’t start. They gave her a loaner car while they worked in her Jeep. They were super helpful and having the loaner car took a load off of her shoulders. We recommend Platinum to anyone who needs a rental car and we’ve had no complaints.

They did hold a truck for me so i could drive in from michigan but then they tried to rip me off on my trade in. They told me there had been major body damage all over my car on both sides even though it had a clear carfax and i had it inspected by a dealer before i bought it to ensure it didnt have any issues like that. They low balled my trade it by $3000. Luckly i found a better truck 10 minutes away at a dealership that didnt act as sketchy and offered me a fair trade in so it wasnt a wasted trip.

Had a great truck buying experience with Platinum Auto Group. We drove in from Michigan and absolutely love our 2018 F150. John Bruns was really easy to talk with, no gimmicks and an all around nice guy. Gave us some good camping ideas in the area for next season. Our truck was spotless and ready for the road when we got there. Would buy from again.
