My wife and I were looking for a new car and this dealership had exactly what we were looking for. I love 1 hour away from them and dealt mainly o we the phone. When talking with Nate he gave me the confidence to come buy a car with only two days of communication. There was no hassle and he was absolutely great. Talking with him while I was in the dealership he is very personable and the entire staff was very welcoming. I’m a die hard Chevy guy and he brought me into a Ford dealership never judging once. From our initial inquiry to our purchase everything was flawless. I have to say we really enjoyed working with Tanner. He was responsive, kind, and truly a joy to deal with. He even took the time to send us a video of the vehicle before we drove 1.5 hours to the dealership. When we got there, the vehicle was in front and ready for a test drive. I gotta say, I believe in customer service 100 percent. With car dealerships, everyone knows the game. Sometimes it’s a good experience sometimes it’s bad, so many factors go into what happens when you go. I first got in touch with Nate, he was very professional, honest and respectful. From the first contact over the phone- to meeting in person because my family lives in Michigan. Nate was very professional from start to finish, he wasn’t pushy at all and we had a good conversation throughout the experience. Overall I got what I wanted, and it was extremely fast, fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a car dealership when financing. The management here knows what they are doing clearly. Nate was awesome. Absolute best dealership I have ever been to. I couldn’t recommend them enough! They treat you like a person, they don’t give you the run around and hide details. They say it how it is and you aren’t pressured into anything you don’t like. Highly encourage anyone to use these guys! We had Nathan and Nate helping my husband and i pick out vehicles and ended up with a great deal.

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from this dealership. Ryan was very informative, patient, and quick to get the cars that I wanted to test drive. I felt I got a very fair deal on my Silverado that I traded in and a very fair deal on the Patriot. At no time did I feel rushed, belittled, or taken advantage of, as I have in the past at other dealerships. I will definitely keep these guys in mind for future purchases. Highly recommend.

If I could give Tanner 10 stars, I definitely would. He was such a pleasure to work with. He made the whole car buying process smooth and painless. It wasn’t just him either. our salesman Brian was really helpful for my car buying experience, I drove around two hours to look at the vehicle and before showing we kept in close contact with each other. He answered or found an answer to each of my questions and i’m extremely happy with the purchase. The only recommendation I could make would to set an appointment to look at the car or call multiple times before coming in especially if driving a long distance, the cars go quick!
