Had the vehicle we wanted in stock(used) they were up front about some issues which I appreciated. They gave me the lowest trade in amount on our vehicle that we received (thousands less thN what we finally got) and would not budge on price for the vehicle we wanted. Vehicle we wanted was horribly detailed and filthy. I think I'll look other places on my next purchase.

Took my vehicle in for a recall alert and an oil change after calling to make an appointment few days prior they didn’t even pull it in to start working on it til almost 2 hours later and didn’t even do the requested oil change. Won’t take my vehicle here again.

They have been servicing my 2013 Ford Taurus for over 8 years and have always been up front, truthful and professional. This dealership does not keep their word and they drastically lack follow up! I was given 3 different prices for the same job. It took 6 months to get things completed and the only reason I stayed with them to get the job done was because they caused damage to my vehicle which they had to repair. I would caution anyone against going here.

Terrible service quality. I've had 3 past appointments...1.) Oil Change - they forgot to put the cap on! Oil all over engine after a few days of driving! Had to have it re-done. 2.) Brought vehicle in for excessive smoke from exhaust. Buckeye told me it was "normal". I took it to another dealer and they are addressing the issue with Ford. 3.) My daughter took her car in for an oil change to be asked by the mechanic if he could have her number and go out some time. She felt very uncomfortable. Overall, a terrible experience.

If you need a new vehicle go to Buckeye Ford. Todd was very helpful. He went through and explained things in my new Bronco. John in finance was very helpful in helping me set up my financing of my Bronco. I recommend visiting these two with helping you getting a new car.

My first experience with them was over 10 years ago, and then after the second time I went to them for a vehicle I've never went anywhere else. The first vehicle was when I was struggling financially and didn't have the best credit rating. Jerry went through the entire process step by step with me and they put me in the car I wanted and at a good rate on the loan for where I was at. From being able to talk to Carl about what I'm looking for, what I can afford etc. and know he isn't going to steer me wrong. Every time he has put me in an excellent vehicle at an excellent price. He has even got me into a new vehicle before at a better price than a used one.. was definitely glad I listened to him that day. Even ordered 2 vehicles directly from the factory for me exactly the way I wanted them over the years without having to pay a dime in advance. I don't even live near them any longer but will still make the drive over to see them if I or anyone in my family needs a vehicle, and even just to have my Fords service done. That is because over the years they have also showed me that I can trust their service department to work on my vehicles with no BS..Too many times I have caught other dealers or shops trying to sell me "repairs" that weren't needed or outright lie to me about things my vehicle "needs". It's never happened to me with them. All in all, I cant say enough good about them over the years I have dealt with them.. Will continue to do so as long as I am in the state of Ohio. Oh and I have to mention -- when it comes to trading a vehicle in - they have always given me excellent trade values - far better than any other place I have experienced over the years. I don't think I have EVER left there after a purchase having the slightest doubt about how the entire process went. For my vehicles or my wife's.. In fact I will probably drag my mother up there the next time she needs a vehicle and she lives over 2.5 hours away.... but "helping" her go through her last purchase/lease at another dealer local to her.. the trip to Sidney is worth it.
