Terrible service quality. I've had 3 past appointments...1.) Oil Change - they forgot to put the cap on! Oil all over engine after a few days of driving! Had to have it re-done. 2.) Brought vehicle in for excessive smoke from exhaust. Buckeye told me it was "normal". I took it to another dealer and they are addressing the issue with Ford. 3.) My daughter took her car in for an oil change to be asked by the mechanic if he could have her number and go out some time. She felt very uncomfortable.
Overall, a terrible experience. ~Jeremy
