Wasn't there long. Young man behind the counter was extremely delightful and eager to help his customer and fellow man. New to the position by himself. Your doing great. Patience is a virtue. Remember management, employees are happy if you treat them with respect and so something besides push a pen and sit in the office while there are things to he done. See it all the time. ~Why

Wings okay. I thought the bill was high but had no reference to menu at the time it was delivered. (10) wings, charged $15.99. I went home and checked online menu the (10) wings are actually listed at $9.99. That is what I thought. Menu shows $9.99. Our order also had fries which were cold at best. Not happening again. ~Patrick

The staff was able to provide me with an estimate within a couple hours. It took several weeks to get my vehicle in for repair because they are very busy. The work looks amazing, and my vehicle smells so nice inside! They did a great job and I would highly recommend. Service: Painting ~Machelle

Terrible service quality. I've had 3 past appointments...1.) Oil Change - they forgot to put the cap on! Oil all over engine after a few days of driving! Had to have it re-done. 2.) Brought vehicle in for excessive smoke from exhaust. Buckeye told me it was "normal". I took it to another dealer and they are addressing the issue with Ford. 3.) My daughter took her car in for an oil change to be asked by the mechanic if he could have her number and go out some time. She felt very uncomfortable. Overall, a terrible experience. ~Jeremy
