I called to get the gear ratio of a vehicle, the first time I talked to the operator and she seemed very nice, said "sure just a second" then hung up the phone instead of transfering me. So I called back and talked to the same person. Asked if I could get the gear ratio. She never says anything else, not even sure or just one second, didn't apologize for previously hanging up on me (and yes I talked to the same person both times within a minute of each other asking the same question) just transfers me to the wrong department, which I found rude. No one could help me with the task in service so I got transfered to parts where no one answered the phone and I was sent to voice-mail. Definitely will no longer be calling this dealership for help or parts 🙂.

Great experience start to finish with the purchase of our expedition. We were very happy with the salesman who talked us through the initial ordering of the vehicle to showing us all the advanced features of the vehicle. Very pleased with the service that was done on our vehicle. Service department was polite and contacted us when the service was completed. We made an appointment and when we arrived they took our vehicle immediately. Service was completed in a very timely manner which was really appreciated.

I would rate my experience a zero, but, I can't....I had an issue with the rear bumper of the Ranger I was purchasing, that Baumann agreed to fix..Multiple visits, multiple attempts at a repair (my truck ended up sitting on their lot for 3 weeks awaiting a satisfactory result...3...Weeks) Multiple attempts to contact people went unanswered (my salesman, via text - the GM, via email - the collision dept via phone) all went without a response..Collision did clean up a scrape on the one rear quarter panel, so, there's that....Thanks!! When I finally picked up my truck, ( with a new bumper)I stopped and ordered some touch up paint for it..The touch up paint came in, about 2 working days later (I had requested touch up paint multiple times, while dealing with my salesman, along with a second key ((a second key??...HAHAHAHA...3 months, still waiting))...Truth told, I found ( a couple weeks after I traded in my Escape) a second key for the Escape I traded in for my Ranger, which I would have gladly turned over, but, now it's a trade chip...Get me one for my Ranger, and I'll gladly give you the Escape key.. Someone there said to me, something along the line of "you got tail light service"...I said what's that??...He replied "we see your tail lights, and that ends our customer service"....So, there's that... I've bought vehicles from Baumann in BG and Fremont without issue...I won't be back to Oregon...Book it....

I bought a van in June of 2021. In August of same year my alternator went out I had to have it replaced. About 2 months ago the new alternator went out again, they replaced the alternator all I paid for was labor. 1 week ago that alternator went out, they sent the van to the Fremont location to try and find out what was going on. They suggested a OEM alternator it was going to be over 900.00 parts and labor. Oregon took care of the whole bill and apologized. Thank you so much for taking care of your customers you guys are amazing.

Will not recommend, will not be going back. Knowing what was wrong with my vehicle but unable to fix it myself I took it to have it repaired. Told the Service advisor exactly what was wrong with it and what needed to be fixed. On the 2 items I needed fixed they charged me with a half hour diagnostic fee ($64.88) on each and $40 just to open a repair statement ($169.76 just to get to what i already knew needed repaired). On a third problem they explained they couldn't fix it that they could only replace the part ($700 plus labor) which i declined repair. Little do they know I have access to their Ford site and can clearly see the instructions for that repair as soon as you pull up the VIN in OASIS. So rather than fix the vehicle for the customer they choose the easy route of trying to make 5x more money at my expense. At least what they did fix so far I have had no issues with and they repaired in a timely fashion.
