I like the large selection of merchandise this store carries. They have home decorative pieces, a large art and craft supply. They also have large seasonal and party supply choices. The problem with Hobby Lobby is the checkout process. It's 2022 not 1975, for the cashiers to have to enter each item on the register by punching the prices on keys is ridiculous. It's time to update to the present with you system. In my opinion the time waiting in line is crazy. On a regular business day I've waited 20 minutes checking out, which is only about 5 or 6 people in line. I went yesterday Nov 12, 2022 and the lines went all the way to the back of the store. I bet the money they lost in sales from people saying no way to those lines could have upgraded their entire system in the one day!! Sorry Hobby Lobby figure it out or you have lost my business and I'm sure many other people feel the same.

Poor customer service. I went there today searching for a centerpiece for my dining room. I saw a very nice candle centerpiece, however, the item didn't have a price tag. I asked two sales workers on the floor and asked if they could tell me the price. The worker told me that it needs to ask upfront. There was only one cashier and the line was horrendous. I left the centerpiece and went to Target/Micheals bought the same item and received great customer service. I will never revisit Hobby Lobby in Springfield I don't care how cute or fair the prices may seem.

The store is really large and well-stocked. The prices are decent enough for a brick and mortar craft store. The operation falls short at check out. Their cashiers are few and far in between and very very slow. Not interested in moving things along. I have been to this store probably about four times now and this is my experience every time.

This store has everything plus some. Prices are extremely affordable. Clean and well organized. Staff is pleasant and helpful. love this store and will be my go to.

GREAT STORE. Staff is amazing, helped find everything I needed. Very clean store. Shout out to all the nice ladies in the front area. The csm Sara was really nice and very helpful. Will come again !!

Sharon in fabrics was outstanding. She helped my buy all of the supplies that I needed for a project I was working on, management though, is a disaster. I brought something that was defective from the package, it happens. A woman named Stacey who told me she was the assistant manager told me that the store policy was no returns. I pointed out to her that the box was damaged, and she still would not take the item back. I told her I needed to speak to the store manager. Rashonda the store manager came up, and accused me of damaging the box to return the item. She rolled her eyes at me several times, and I heard she and Stacy talking about me as I stormed off, one of them said, "Fa--ot." I called the man office, and they said that they had gotten MANY complaints, and they sent me gift card. I will never though shop at the Springfield store again as long as their management is a dumpster fire.

I really enjoy shopping here. The jewelry and beads section is great The first time I visited, I met Shannon, who I call "my new best friend". Shannon told me if I needed something, to call her and she would order it. I plan to visit again and explore other areas.

I really didn't care for the discount being the last price placed on the item. I do love that they have a wide variety of whatever your heart desires. The piece pictured was a steal. I spray painted it and embellished it.

Ooooooo my, I think I am rediscovering a creative side of myself. Hobby lobby has so much that you can’t help but imagine what to do next. They have great sales and the customer service was excellent. I walked in may be 15 mins before they closed and still was able to get someone to help me, even have recommendations for what I was looking for (drawer pulls). Going back for sure very soon.

New location opened on Springfield township, Delaware County near Target. We went there last weekend to check it out. Surprisingly, most of the items were 50% off! Great selection of home items. Will go back there again soon!
