Made a reservation months ago at there pet hotel for 06/20/2022 - 06/24/2022 for dog boarding my dog has stayed here numerous times in the past. Arrived this morning at 9am 06/20/2022 to drop her off and was told they will not board her because they are uncomfortable with her. She is a rottweiler she is not aggressive towards people or other dogs. but is shy around strangers until she settles in this is why I always pay for her to have a suite it's private and cozy like home. My issue is if you are afraid to handle certain breeds of dogs or weight class clearly state that in writing. Because to turn away a customer that made a reservation and who's dog has been there before on the day of boarding is unacceptable. Without out even trying to allow the dog to settle in what dog is not weary of strangers first meeting them. We could not go on family vacation with my family today I couldn't find a place or person last minute to care for her. So I lost thousands of dollars on my resort had to cancel last minute money I don't get back. What's the point of making a reservation months ago for , the customer is relying on PetSmart for boarding to be told day of sorry we are scared to board your rottweiler.

Looking for a new pet boarder for my dog.. The employees seem to be really interested in our dog's needs while we're on vacation,, putting us at ease With the processes at a new place. She's 14 and very anxious about us leaving her. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the pet hotel area.

It's a clean store. Their prices are a little high. I also wasn't super happy about all the Beta fish that were floating dead in their cups as I counted at least five.. and with some costing over 20 $ a piece they probably aren't gonna get adopted just due to price after looking so poorly. It's a shame people can't seem to pay enough attention to the animals to notice some had been dead in their awhile. Also I needed 4 dozen large love crickets for my chameleon, and they didn't seem to be the right amount. I get 4 dozen every time I get the crickets. I have been for over a year every week. I know how much it is supposed to look and feel like. I said something to this young lady who serviced me and she got an attitude with me saying I can't tell Because of the egg carton they are crawling in which was super tiny and I could see every side of it evenly. Her tone needed to change and I would not have mind her denying that she didn't put enough in the bag.

This PetSmart ain't too bad only thing is they don't carry much of a variety you would think being such a big store they would. I've gone to many PetSmart's and they all seemed to carry more than this store. Been fully stocked and having a variety equals more sales. I usually only go to this one when I'm near I usually go to one near me. ( If you are from out of town and stop here it's a small parking lot but signs are a bit confusing)

Made an appointment to have a new rescue we just adopted bathed with a nail trim, unfortunately I didn't have time for the bath, but they were very accommodating and just went ahead and did the nail trim for me. They were very professional and fast. If I HAD to find something that I wasn't 100% satisfied with, I'd say her nails were cut quite short enough. That being said, I'd rather them leave my pup's nails a bit long than have them cut them too short and hurt the dog. Overall very well done :)

Petco had know litter at there store. So I went to petsmart and got there, Naturally Fresh walnut shell cat litter.

I was just in Petsmart in Springfield PA. Haven’t always had good experiences here until today. I brought my dog who was so excited and pulling me very hard. Ashley helped me get the dog food I needed. And even put it in my car!! Never had that happen before! I really appreciate the help. Thank you, Ashley!! And Terri the cashier was also very nice. Good day at Petsmart. Thanks!

Maria and Leila have helped my baby Great Dane, Ford, tremendously. I was referred to their training program at Petsmart and they did not disappoint. Myself and my pup felt comfortable and informed through the puppy and intermediate classes. With Maria and Leila it is all patience, love, and respect towards you and your puppies. Everyone in the store recognizes my pup and greats us and makes it feel like a community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and beyond thankful!

What a great place to visit. They have a pet hospital there and pet hotel. They even have a small little area for your animals to do their business in the front of the store. I highly suggest the space to anybody who has pets and is looking to take good care of them it seems like the stores evolved greatly in the last few years but you must keep an eye out for their special special deals
