They have lots of options, honestly probably too many lol. But I'm a bridesmaid and we came here for the Bride to try out different styles/fits to see what she liked. We honestly weren't expecting to find her dress, but we did! Deborah was our consultant and she was very helpful in helping us with the experience. She has a good eye for taste and helped with choosing veils that styled perfectly with the dresses the bride tried on. Was a great and welcoming experience

I love the service I got here for my wedding dress. The lady who helped me was sweet and fun and could tell right away when I didn't like something. I definitely found my dream dress. But the best experience I had here was from the tailor. She was very nice and talked to me the whole time I was there. She also did a great under bussel that hid the buttons. I would highly recommend coming here.

Kim was awesome. Initially, I wanted to give up. Mainly because I'm having a ceremony not a wedding. These gowns are to big, to glitzy and are not flattering to my 6 mo. Pregnant body. However Kim gave me tons of options and sizes. She was patient with me and my girls. Kim was funny and honest about each look. At this rate I was able to find two gowns that would look great with a few small alterations. . Thank you, Kim!

Amazing both times that I've went. The first time, Kim was my stylist and she made my first appointment so much fun and so stress free. My second appointment was with tyneisha (I'm sure I'm misspelling her name), she was just as amazing and bubbly. I found out she is fairly new to the team, GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! She was perfect♡

Kim was absolutely amazing in our session! She went through details very carefully, and was sure to listen attentively to what I wanted (even though I was very new to trying on dresses). She made my first bridal appointment absolutely spectacular, one of my favorite dresses was one she selected for me that was outside of my comfort zone!! I cannot say enough positive things. Thank you for your knowledge, patience, and expertise! I know I will be back to visit her again soon.

My experience here was fantastic ! Maria was my stylist and she was excellent! She was very committed and persistent. Maria listened and took into detail of what I liked and was comfortable with. I said Yes to the Dress and I give high gratitude to the lovely ladies here for helping me find my dress. I recommend anyone here !

I had a bridal appointment today with Kim for my very first time trying on gowns and she was amazing!! She was super attentive and took a lot of care in helping me choose gowns and veils to see what I might like. While I didn't find "the one" just yet, she definitely made this first experience a great one and made sure to schedule me again in a few weeks after more dresses are scheduled to arrive.

David’s Bridal team at Springfield location represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. The staff are committed to great service, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I had my wedding dress altered by Tabitha, and my dress looks phenomenal! She is not only exceptionally skilled in alteration, but also amazing in customer service. Tabitha had my interest at heart and found the best way to alter my wedding dress and executed the plan perfectly. The store operations manager, Angel Hopewell is another outstanding team member who went above and beyond to help me yesterday. she could not have been a nicer and more genuine person to deal with. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and great personality. Springfield location is probably the best David’s Bridal store in PA! The staff are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I went to pick out and get fitted for two bridesmaids dresses and Kim helped me find the perfect dresses and sizes!! She made the process so quick and gave great advice. I’m so happy with the dresses we picked out together. I probably would have been searching for dresses for hours if I didn’t have Kim to pick out the perfect dress for my body type!
