Sarah was so sweet and great to work with! She was very welcoming and included my mom and sister in on the wedding dress process. She was very helpful and knew what styles to look for after I found parts of dresses I liked. Amazing experience and she even offered to keep my veil safe at the store until I need to pick it up. Awesome!!

We had a blast doing the VIB experience! Sarah, our consultant, was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming, fun, and super knowledgeable of the dresses and options for each dress in terms of what could be customized. She really listened to what I liked/didn't like and even added the perfect touches that helped me pick my dream dress! I would recommend this experience to everyone!

Tracina and her staff are SO friendly and go out of their way to assist you to find what you are looking for! They make you feel like you are the only customer. I have bought all of my daughter's prom gowns, homecoming gowns and wedding dresses here! I found the perfect mother of the bride dress here as well. I recommend them EVERY chance I get. The best customer service ever. I can't give them enough stars.

My mom and I went in to Formalities today to find her mother of the bride gown and to try on my bridal gown. Emma was very helpful with pulling gowns that my mom would be interested in, and we found the one on the first try! The boutique has a beautiful selection of gowns and had exactly what we were looking for. Emma was extremely friendly and professional as she helped us try on our dresses. She also got me set up with a gown preservation kit, making the whole process so much easier for after the wedding. I would highly recommend going to Formalities for a gown for any event!

They were super excited to help me find my perfect wedding dress. They had a great selection and my one on one appointment felt really special even though the store was busy for prom. The most magical experience! I got my wedding dress here. My appointment was 6 months before my wedding. They walked me through the process and made sure I'd have my dress in time for the big day, even with a shorter timeline! They truly made it an easy and fun experience!
