I recently thought I was having issues with my vehicle. I went to AutoZone and spoke with Isac Prado. He checked the battery, alternator, and starter and determined it was working properly. I restarted the car and all was fine. He was a great help and so polite……Thank you so much!

Best customer service from Janie Santana, and Pedro Galvan this two employees give you the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in any Auto Zone. I been to. I have been to Several store but this is the BEST ONE. My family And I have been a customer for many many years and not once have had a bad experience in this store. I sure you, it would be Awesome to Recognize this to employees. The staff at this Auto Zone were very professional, courteous and efficient. After battling with jump starting my vehicle I drove to Auto Zone in Mission. A staff member came out to check the battery and alternator and found the battery was bad. He also noticed that the battery was under warranty. Within fifteen minutes I was out of there with a new battery installed. I want to thank Auto Zone for the great service they provide and a special thank you to Cesar and Pedro for the customer service they displayed.

When it comes to having Quality Parts for the Vehicle, I would go to AutoZone cause the Parts will last for a long time plus it is always a better choice to get Lifetime Warranty parts like for example, Shocks, Starter, Alternator, Breaks. Waterpump among other things, just remember that getting Lifetime Warranty Items will cost more to buy them on the First time purchase. But after that you will no longer be charged to get the item replaced when it's time to do the Maintenance that everyone has to do with their vehicles. Oh and make sure to have your vehicle information before going to get the part for your Car or Truck. Like Vehicle Make, Year, Engine and Model, that way they can look for the Correct parts that you need.

AutoZone is the best! At Any location that I’ve visited, I’ve always received the same excellent service from the guys working there. I’ve always been amazed by that warmth they greet you with. Whoever is in charge of that training is doing an EXCELLENT job. They are super clean, honest, friendly, seem to be enjoying their job. They send me emails reminding me that my tires need to be checked every two months or so and it is free! This is the place to go when it comes to tires.
