With at least 2 other auto parts very close by, one of which just built a new store, I still choose Whitners every time. A shiney new store doesn't change what's behind the counter and what you will find here is the good quality parts you're looking for and friendly and knowledgeable people to help you. If you've never been here you should give em a shot! You'll be glad you did.

Fast service and great prices. The bulb I had planned to buy from my usual store was out of stock so I came here. The part was half the price and worked perfectly. Will definitely keep them in mind for my automotive needs in the future.

I just walked into the store in Cleveland Texas and that the most amazing women running the front counter these ladies need raisins it is the best customer service that I've gotten in a very long time if somebody doesn't give him a raise or accommodation for the way they absolutely amaze the guests and provide the clear-cut service for you guys I'm going to poach him and I'm going to pay them myself thank you so much and if anybody in their right mind say these women and store is hateful they need to take the tampon out and shop somewhere else where they can be read of bedtime story and coddle the rest of their life and again thank you so much... I mean these ladies can stop a person from jumping off a bridge that's how great they were

If there was a zero stars rating I'd give that. My family owns a lake house in this city so we enjoy coming into this town and learning the area. One thing my partner and I learned was how rude and inconsiderate the staff here are. On April 5th 2021 the staff questioned my fiance and I why we were getting our car dropped off to their store by the AAA towing company. We believed we needed some auto parts , maybe some other auto liquids. We were asked multiple times why we were there after he had purchased some oil.The staff was EXTREMELY rude. We came with a purpose of purchasing product from their AUTO store for our AUTO difficulties. We chose this store over an Auto Zone that was close by down the same street. PLEASE choose the AutoZone rather than this place for your own sake. No customer should be given the attitude and inconsideration this staff provided. We had AAA towing take us else where because of how horrible this service was. I will not be investing in NAPA stores further. Especially if this is how the company is represented while on the clock.

I must admit, i will never shop at a napa auto part store again . my story goes like this, me and my sister went in on april the 14 for a 2014 VOLSWAGON JETTA wiper motor, the lady behind the counter did not ask what model, i said anyway to let her know. She puts in beetle anyway. I get the part and find out is not the right. My sister and my mother, take it back up there to get the right part but the lady began to get in an argument with them, the lady behind the counter started to laugh at my sister and mother, looking at the helper behind the counter agreeing with her, not trying to resolve the problem, making it worse by laugh and accepting there was a communication error. I will never come back to napa auto part. Do not come here

Typical small town auto parts store. Don't expect too much, you won't be disappointed. Slow service, overpriced, lack of on hand inventory is typically what you will encounter. Bring your old part to match up to the new part...you will dramatically increase your chances of getting the correct part, tool, or what ever you are seeking. Use your phone to snap pictures of everything surrounding the part you need to be more successful. At the end of the day...welcome to small town NAPA.
