The food I got was overly greasy and a bit skimpy on the meat in the Taco's. The taste was alright but it really needed more meat in the tacos.

I used the mobile app. Everything went smooth. When I pulled up to the drive thru I had to scream to be heard. They were out of half of what I ordered which was annoying but whatevs. But then my order wasn't substituted. I was served trash

Not only were the employees super sweet and thorough, they made sure we got our food in a timely manner despite being understaffed. They really did go above and beyond. The food was all correct and hot and even had more flavor than other Taco Bell locations. I will definitely go back.

The so call manager was very rude and disrespectful letting me know I can come back later to get my food since they couldn't give it to me til 9 cause they can't serve lunch til then. When asked y am I aloud to order it he proceeded to tell me it has nothing to do with them its the app. I suggested he should probably tell them to not allow it at his store and he said it's not him. Told him there is a way cause other stores have it off, he then said we'll u show me how to do it! So 1 waited 17 mins for my food cause I couldn't get a refund either! Horrible customer service

The food is your typical Taco Bell, but the service is so slow, and with there being no way out of the drive through.. if you’re stuck, you’re stuck and will have to wait in line until everyone gets through and gets their food.

Everytime I get dragged to this taco bell they always mess my order up someway or another. Once I ordered a steak breakfast crunchwrap and wound up getting a bacon breakfast burrito. Even the recipe said steak crunchwrap that's how bad they messed it up. Tonight got jipped a taco and couldn't even get to speak to someone about getting it fixed

We went on a Friday night and was sitting in line for 45 minutes just to order. It was not a pleasant experience. However, there was a nice staff and my husband food was fresh and hot.

Manny was beyond helpful. He is the best of what Taco Bell stands for. I will continue to give my business to Taco Bell in Cleveland as long as people like Manny work there. Manny should be promoted for being an outstanding individual!
