I ordered my food at 5:30 this morning (Breakfast on a bun combo). There were 3 cars in front of me and they all got their food at the window. I waited nearly 10 minutes to get to the window and nobody pulled up behind me for about 3 or 4 minutes. I get to the window, paid for my food, wasn't given my receipt or drink and asked to pull up and wait. So I did. Then the FOUR cars that were behind me got their food at the window and went around me. I've been waiting for nearly 20 minutes since I ordered by now and went inside. I asked for a refund and the lady said they were just finishing up my order and that they were working on a large order. If you're working on a large order, how did the three cars in front of me and the FOUR cars behind me get their food on time?!?! This location has lost a customer for good.

It's very nice on the inside and out side the employees are very friendly. The food is very good. They always get my order correct. Lately, early in the morning, they have been extremely slow. There was no one in line or ordering inside when I ordered online today. I sat for 15 minutes in my car before I finally went inside. It still wasn't ready and I had to wait another 5 minutes. She said they had a "big order" to take care of. I told her that may be, but it didn't happen until 5 to 10 minutes after I ordered. Normally, it takes 5 minutes to bring out my order curbside, so they must be training a new cook or they are not being managed well.

Drive thru gets ridiculously backed up. I ordered a shake this last visit the person's bringing it to my vehicle stoped at the vehicle Infront of me to assist her she kept on talking he was telling me just a moment by the time I got the shake it was melted.. I have ordered shakes before and food and it was pretty good.

If you're looking for a great burger, Whataburger is a great place to go. The patty melt was delicious, and despite the restaurant being busy, the service is still quick and efficient. The restaurant is also clean, which is always a bonus.

Employees were new so I was understanding when they didn't get four of our burgers right. They were polite and efficient at fixing it, and the manager came out to do some customer service, so for that, I'm giving them four stars. I'm sure it'll be much better once the kinks are worked out.

On our way south, I stopped at the Cleveland Whataburger to grab a bite. When I walked in, I noticed how clean the facility was. There were a total of 4 employees cleaning different areas of the facility and not just wiping down surfaces. They were actively scrubbing, mopping, and disinfecting the place. In addition, I saw every single employee working. There was great communication between team members and the manager was involved, elbow to elbow with other employees. I've never left any sort of commentary about any of my experiences before online, but this was worth the time. Cleveland Whataburger- great job! An exemplary team performance!

The Dine-in is open and they are practicing safe distancing, masks are required! The burger and fries today we're great as well as the service. The restaurant was clean!
