Food is awesome, place is so very clean and employees are constantly wiping, cleaning and replacing or refilling food. This is the Cleveland Hartz. Livingston is way under par and we do not go there any longer

Not sure what the draw is to Hartz? I don't get it... The food is marginal at best... I was raised on southern cooking and this is not worth the time nor money... We should have gone to Sonic for better tasting food... lol

This Cleveland,TX location is the best Hartz Chicken location that I have EVER eaten. I have tried other locations in the past, but I resign to only eat at this location. The food is always top notch and filled with flavor. I send all of my friends from Houston area here. You will not be disappointed.

By far the best Hartz I've ever been too. No longer live in Cleveland, but came thru and had to stop. They did not disappoint. Food always hot and fresh to order. I appreciate that! They are 1 of the few establishments in Cleveland thats got it going on. Love it

I live 17 miles away. When I come to Cleveland I always visit. (DRIVE THROUGH only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)Today I ordered a #7 which is chicken tenders, gravy & 1 side order & a drink. I get home and I have 1 leg & 2 thighs! If I lived closer I would have brought it back. Called the store to talk with the manager but the woman who answered the phone didn’t understand English much & I don’t speak Spanish. She finally got it but said there wasn’t a manager. Yeah right! Guess I’ll start going to Church’s Chicken.

For years this location has always been spot on. Now...they had no fries, no lids for cups with a straw access, and NO fries. The rolls were also very dry and overcooked. It's sad because the employees and the manager are always so nice.

The buffet is always fresh and hot. the place is clean and the food taste great.I love the hot rolls . I'm going to add to my review, on my visit tonight I was all smiles coming through the door. This place is always super clean,and the Buffett is always Hot and kept fresh. I don't even like chicken,but the owner is fined tuned to cleanliness, and great service. I have to say this is the one place to visit anytime you want a great experiance,and good hot buffet, they also have a drive through.
