This cicis has went down hill since the pandemic, went with my mom a week ago and the pizza was so greasy and the soup was greasy as well it was so greasy our stomachs hurt bad. I don't think we will be back soon smh. It used to be our favorite spot hopefully you all can change this

Since we don’t have a Cicis in my hometown anymore, this was a treat. Not the best pizza I’ve had at Cicis, but still nostalgic. Wasn’t bad.

Came here with my younger brother the other day for his birthday before I went to work myself (as well as a few days previously lol.) I was embarrassed a bit when I was told that the coupons we wanted to use were Monday to wednday NOT weekdays . it was embarrassing because I'm always wondering why customers don't read the things they bring or the menu itself at my OWN job lol. I'd have been immediately fine to not use them, but the guy (who gave a manager feel. But I'm not sure, I didn't ask. Honestly I probably attribute the nice professional feel to manager feel. It's usually not the case even at my own work) was nice and let us use them anyways. Also they seemed pretty nice. Can't complain about anything, and honestly wouldn't. The million messes people are going to leave on those tables. Not a good area but definitely a nice cicis. The foods like at any cicis, I mean it's a cheap buffet. Making sure the foods there must be hard.

One of the best place to have super good pizza and cheap all around! The buffet has several different kinds of pizza, pasta, cinnamon rolls, etc! Employees are always super friendly and nice.

I came to this location because a friend recommended it to me. This one is close to tech ridge. I haven't been to a cici's in a long time. This one is way better than the one on William Cannon. I enjoyed eating here. They put like 90 percent more cheese on the pizza at this location which makes it worth it. I do miss being able to request/ order the flip or pizza rolls though. They replaced them with mini pizza rolls that are still pretty good.

Awesome manager for allowing us to dine in at the last minute! My sister just got off the plane and she was starving! Food was great so we were grateful full and pleased.

Good selection of different pizzas. We love buffets and thought this was pretty good for the affordable price. We also got some wings - garlic Parmesan. Wings were done pretty well. Some of the pizzas were a little skimpy worth the toppings and cheese. Location was a little sketchy. Service was just ok, not everyone understood simple requests very well and was hard to communicate at times. Did a good job and making sure tables were clean if used plates, but attitudes of workers were more on the emotionless to negative side. Overall, this place was ok.
