Just wanted to give an updated review because this place has improved tremendously. The workers have great customer service & the cooks do a great job making the food. I ordered pizza, breadsticks & wings today & everything was yummy. The new manager here is doing a great job, keep it up. Old review: this location is just inconsistent. I ordered pepperoni hand tossed pizza and the crust was extremely thin and way too crispy, the cheese looked over cooked. Look honestly if you’re looking for a decent pizza chain place in the area just hit up dominos on Cameron, it’s right down the road. Previous Review: ordered here again 6/11/19 and the pizza/wings were actually good. The food was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guy was nice. The only issue I had was no one answered the phone, I had to order it online. I’ll be ordering here again soon and hope the service/food will be just as good again. Previous review: Um.. I order from this place a ton, idk what happened last night but my pizza was really weird. Random chunks of bread missing and random slices of pineapple. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños.. It kind of looked like they accidentally cooked it with pineapples and took them off at the end... it honestly looked like it was dropped too I'm hoping it wasn't.. I was given store credit, I appreciate that but this was just a weird experience. I added photos of the gross pizza, idk how they could expect me to eat that. Not ordering here for a while now.. Pizza ordered at 9:13pm on 03/02..

The got our order wrong! We ordered pan pizzas and got hand tossed, and one of them was supposed to be sausage and mushroom they put pepperoni instead of mushrooms. It was supposed to be delivered, ended up having to pick it up, they were supposed to take the delivery fee off, didn't do that either.

If you like soggy disgusting pizza served by unfriendly staff annoyed to complete the transaction when you pick up the order, this is the Pizza Hut location I’d recommend 100%! Very easy decision to avoid wasting your time and money. Gross.

Food was ready on time, wings were much better than expected (best fry-job I've had in a while)! All-in-all just what we were after; I will be back again :)

Braker location is always close. Whenever is open it takes 3 hrs to deliver and they bring you the wrong order or the pizza barely has any toppings! They also never answer the phone!

I'm not one to leave reviews but they deserve a negative rating. Tried to order online, got all the way through the convoluted ordering system only to have it be " out of stock". Called in to double check.. "yes sir it looks like that location is completely out of pizza".. THAT'S ALL Y'ALL DO... what a joke 🤣

For the most part, The Pizza was good. But the Cinnabon treats were VERY stale, And tasted like plastic. I also got same taste from a bite of Pizza. I think a little quality control on ingredients is needed. The Cinnabon treats were so bad, I threw them out. They were uneatable. They tasted like they had been in a Tupperware container, Sitting on the dash of a car all day long, On a hot summer day in Texas.

Ordered for delivery to my job today. Pizza was delivered to an address that didn’t even remotely match the one I gave. Delivery guy placed the pizza on the bench even after the employees told him no one by that name works there. Not even a call to me to verify the address. Tried calling the store and didn’t get anyone to answer til after 1:00pm. The nice folks at the wrong delivery address called me because my number was on the receipt. The nice lady then walked the pizza over to where I worked. When I finally spoke to the manager he offered to make another and send it but after that experience I didn’t want it. I was told he couldn’t approve giving me a refund and to call back tomorrow. I truly have no words for this. Is this the state of customer service this day and age?
