Nothing worse than cold pizza!!!!! It’s hard to mess up a Pizza Hut pan pizza but this location sure can. Terrible.

I accidentally ordered from this Pizza Hut for delivery by leaving an old address in the delivery location. When I realized what I had done I called and cancelled to order with the correct delivery address. They very kindly canceled the order. A few minutes later I saw on the order tracker that the order was cooking. I called back to make sure the order was truly cancelled. She told me that the order was already in the oven when I called to cancel so they would let it finish cooking. I was so impressed that they were willing to trash an order to make me a happy customer that I kept that order and drove across town to pick it up. Pizza Hut rocks!

Placed my order almost 2 hours ago an i live not even 10 minutes away! The person took my order put my phone number down wrong . Im sick or i would have just went and picked it up and when I explained my frustration and how long iv been waiting the best the manager could tell me was "it was a simple mistake" meanwhile iv been waiting for food i was never going to get! Poor service will NOT use this location again

I've ordered from this location numerous times and each time the service has been great, the food has been great and I haven't any issues with anything. Also, not really busy either. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. There has been a drifter here and there panhandling but haven't had any issues there either.

Deleted my 5 star review.... i put in a order to be made by 3pm today.... the bank was closed so i walked in there at 235 to tell them to please start making my pizza... one guy making pizzas and one guy on the computer with head phones on. I announced myself again after waiting 5 minutes.... the guymaking pizzas was wearing a earring was on his phone smiling. Did he think it was funny ignoring me ? Was it to much to ask for him to get the other guys attention ? Its cool.ill be contacting corporate. This pizzahut has really gone downhill. Maybe if you paid better wages you would have better workers.

Hello - I ordered a pizza for delivery on Friday evening. There was a storm and I assumed the delivery would be late (and felt bad for the delivery drivers). The pizza never arrived. I attempted to call the location and no one ever answered Friday night or Saturday morning. There was also no greeting message, hold message or ability to leave a voicemail. The phone did not even ring on any of the five or so times. The store or app never contacted me to let me know that the pizza would be late or the delivery canceled. The app and website still say that my order is till being processed. I am very disappointed.
