Walking into a new store for the first time with an issue with my phone, didn't know what to expect. I was given fantastic service, Denise was wonderful in knowledge and got me set up without any difficulty at all. She made sure I was 100% set before I was on my way. HIGHLY recommend you give this location a go if you ever run into difficulty with your phone. Best service I have ever recieved.

So Denise is about as useless as a bag of rocks. Thank you for all your help. Rude. Not good with customers. And the other one working was so excited to help , right away I get oh no she will help you. Claiming I broke my phone. And had to buy a new one. It is already new. And bought from this store. She said that I damaged it. So go through insurance or buy a new. Well ok. I guess I have too. I mean. I must have done something to my phone. Because it is burning up. And to hot to touch.

Ive been a customer for 3 years, i went in to add a line, i wanted the lg stylo 4, but as soon as i walk in a girl greets me, and an old lady just stands there giving me a ugly look, i look around and the old lady finally came to me, she has attitude . Thats no way to work! She goes by “lulu” i dont think she should work with ppl make her just clean the restrooms , she is also not good looking, and her make up is always running, ew.
