I have always shopped Old Navy for staples like t-shirts and jeans - in fact, I will only wear Old Navy jeans. But, my visit today was a total disappointment. The store was dirty, selection on everything but jeans (which they had plenty of) was skimpy. The store looked like a war zone! I finally bought a pair of leggings and a button-down shirt for me and some kid's t-shirts for my granddaughter. The young woman that completed by check out was so unpleasant. My button-down was on sale and when I told her this, she argued with me and had me go the where these shirts were and show her. It was only then that she very begrudgingly changed the price if my shirt. I have enough Old Navy jeans to last my lifetime and shopping through Amazon is so much easier, that i probably won't be back to Old Navy.

On the Saturday before Easter, the store was packed. There was only 2 registers open. There was customers lined up. Several employees were just standing around talking to each other.

The staff tonight was rude is it customary to get in customer faces and tell them you close in 5 minutes.. after already announcing it when we walked in.. or is that just Old Navy JC?? If your stupid ap and website was not impossible.. I wouldn’t even need to go in..

Spent $80 online with old navy cash. Order damaged in transit. Called old navy to fix it and best they could do was refund the $8 portion I actually charged.

I’ve shopped at this location many times. Every time I have, it has been well stocked and organized. Employees have always been extremely nice and capable. The clothes are made well and they are affordable. I absolutely recommend coming here for shopping.

Amazing shopping experience. The staff was helpful. My daughter has Autism and is very picky about what fabrics she can wear and she always finds clothes she loves here.

Employees are nice. I haven't shopped at old navy in years well now my oldest son needs men sizes i figured i would shop there to help with price. Ha that was a joke. 2 jeans 1 shirt and some boxers was $134. I will take him somewhere next time.

Never received items ordered... they billed credit card... called 800# ... on hold over ONE HOUR and never came on line... no email address for Company. Hate to notify credit card company of default but that looks like only way... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !
