This store is, without a doubt, the most disorganized Walmart store I've ever been in, and I've been in a lot! All check-out is self, no cashier check-outs, at least none that were open. It'll be a cold day in h3ll before I step foot in this one again!

Bought my kids a chest freezer and the lady that helped was awesome and loaded the thing in the back of the car all be herself! She was amazing! I was really happy with the freezer when we got it to the house, it was a perfect size for them.

Update: We did go to another Walmart and it was like night and day so the downfall of this location must be bad management; it was once a good place. Previously: Wow Walmart has gone way down hill at this location. The place just doesn't feel clean anymore. The wife and I just did not want to shop here will drive farther to another Walmart to see if it is just this one.

Went with my mother while she took her car to the car and lube Express to get an oil change. They got it done and under an hour so we were happy. We also bought a couple of things. We used self checkout. I like their self checkout area and the way they have it set up now. Where they have looks like a little snack area and then the self checkout. I like it better than the old way they used to have it.

It's quick and easy to shop now. I'm usually in and out with what I need no hassle. The employees don't seem happy though and anytime I see a manager they are fussing at someone and then run to the back instead of helping.

Today makes the second order in a row that I did not receive everything I ordered. I have paid the annual delivery fee, but your Browns Mill store in Johnson City, Tennessee is very hard to work with. Your managers do not return calls and either your shoppers are not pulling everything, or your Uber delivery people are taking the items. Thankfully the people at the help center are easy to work with. Please fix this situation.

They Don’t answer phone calls! Been trying to reach them because when I got my groceries there were stuff missing. I wouldn’t have made it in time before Walmart close for the night and I was hoping they would have grab the bag and put it to the side before anybody else would steal it. Picked up once but was put on hold and no one answered again. Just pick up the phone man.

Well... I guess even WalMart cannot shake off inflation. I had to have some men's socks and they Ain't 4.97 Anymore I paid over 16 dollars! But, I had to have them. I found some food items and drinks and bailed out under 40$ I bought ice, but there was no ice. So. Pitstop at return desk Spent a lot longer than time I had to spend.

I believe I had gotten all the items I went to the store for and a few more I spotted while I was looking around. I'm 66 years old and not to familiar with the Self Checkout Machines so I usually go to one of the Checkers where they will do the checking and Bagging of your goods which really helps me out. Michael

I cannot lie...this was by far the cleanest, most organized Wal-Mart I have ever been to in my life. Still saw all the usual suspects but the place was very nice, in terms of a Wal-Mart super center. Very large store with plenty of self checkout devices. Pleasantly surprised, I will say.
