The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my wife's wedding ring repaired. The diamond had become loose. Even though I did not purchase the ring at Sophie's jewelers they were more than happy to assist me with the repair. They tighten the diamond while I waited, free of charge! They also offered further assistance if the issue continues. I was truly surprised at the service I receved as I did not purchase the ring at Sophy's. I will be sure to keep them in mind for my next jewelry purchase. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the beautiful, fast and thoughtful repair! The cross necklace that I wear every day needed a repair, and the jeweler made sure he got to it the same day so that I had it back on in a couple of hours. I will recommend Sophy to anyone who needs work done or who is planning to make a purchase.

My mother in law knows the owner and that’s why I trusted to take my ring there. My mother in law passed the ring down to me and the sapphire became loose so I took it there to have it tightened… great…. 2 weeks went by and it became loose AGAIN. They had my ring for almost a week and when I went to pick it up the stone was sitting crooked and I pointed it out and it was almost like it was the rings fault for being “old” when it’s not even old! She told me sapphire is hard to tighten and blah blah blah and that I should put it in a new setting. They can’t even do the ring right so what makes them think I’d come back a third time? TODAY THE SAPPHIRE FELL OFF MY RING. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. Made sure to show my mother in law :)

Great customer service! We traveled from 1.5 hours away to have my rings resized and a fixed prong repaired and the jeweler offered to do all services while we visited family in the area to save us an extra trip. Very kind, very helpful and great work. Thank you!

What a great experience! My fiancé and I went in to purchase our wedding bands. I have an existing engagement ring and they did a great job matching a wedding band to fit my ring! No upselling, no gimmicks, even my fiancé found a band that he is in love it. We expressed that we do in fact have a budget and she went above and beyond to go even below our budget. We are waiting for them to fix the prongs on my engagement ring, ordering his band and receiving my wedding band. Fingers crossed that our amazing experience continues!

They are very good at cleaning my expensive rings. I don't trust anyone else with my blue diamond ring. I love the people that work in sophy Jewelers because when they clean my rings they also check to make sure the stones aren't loose and if the stone is loose the owner of the store tightens it so the stone don't fall out.

I am not happy with this store. My ring has been gone for 4 weeks. It needed to be repaired. We asked for an estimate. We had to call ourselves looking for it to discover nothing was even done yet. Now 4 weeks later and I don’t have my own ring or even an upgrade. She tried to sell the highest value that was huge on my finger. It didn’t even look right. I’m in Sales myself and this was all about the commission, not customer satisfaction. I would personally like the owner to contact me back.
