JC Penney store great I InStyle ~ I would NOT recommend. Be careful to find out what degree stylist you have... $50 per half hour for a 'master'. Make sure to ask ahead.

Bought our engagement rings here. I wore mine for less than 2 weeks and it tarnished extremely bad. Ladies at the jewelery department said that I had purposely ruined it and wouldn't refund the ring or even let me replace it. Bought it and the lifetime warranty for nothing.

For one let me tell you that the customer service in the jewelry department is poor. Also they need to change their attitudes when a customer walks up to them with a problem and they automatically get defensive. I would not recommend supporting these people at this store and the jewelry department it is disgusting. They blame it on lights but I’m sure it takes a while for that dust/mold to accumulate over time. Lazy and very unprofessional.

LOVE shopping here. I go straight to the junior's section & always find a bag full of items that I love! I perhaps may be a little too old for the junior's section, but hey....if you got it, flaunt it girl! 😉❤😇 I had an email with an additional 40% off on top of the sales already going on. I walked out of there with over $550 dollars worth of clothes, & I only shelled out $133! Gotta love a deal!

Hardly any of the dressing rooms are open! We had to walk all the way around the store to find an employee, in which was a young boy working in the return/pickup department when I asked where the nearest dressing room that was open, he rolled his eyes at me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They have good prices but I’d rather pay extra at Belk and not be treated like I did here today! I would give 0 stars but Google made me give at least 1!
