I placed an online order and wanted to cancel to get my money back but I was told it wouldn’t fully be refunded until my items arrived at the store near me, Johnson city TN location, so I decided to call and have a manager leave a note to please not cancel my order when it arrived since I had to wait that long for it anyways, and she assured me it wouldn’t and today part of it arrived to the store and was cancelled. I called the store and complained and she then began to tell me there’s not much she can do because I said it wasn’t arriving until the 23rd basically blaming me and was super rude. I wish I was informed the last time I had spoke to her that the note wouldn’t do much and it would still be cancelled anyways. She definitely cannot do her job correctly and it’s a great inconvenience for me since I’ve never had problems with you all. A manager should not give you the back and forth especially when they have no idea what they’re talking about. Young closing manager is a no go she has no idea what she’s talking about.

I have just one question. How store explain the fact of return policy? When I came back to return something, cashier said that I should tell my address. At first, I thought they want my email address but no. I should tell my actual address in front of random people around me. Is this legally to ask private things in front of many unknown people? It is sounds not right, and can violate my privacy.

Everyone of the staff were so friendly, helpful and fun. I found several items that I liked and purchased. This older guy will be shopping there more often from now on.

I had not been in this store in quite a few years. I had made an online purchase and needed to return. The lady that helped me was very nice and very knowledgeable about her job. The return was a very easy process and they ordered my new item and had it shipped to me. It was a pleasant experience.

They had one girl on shift last night that went above and beyond for me. Other than that it was a disaster. One girl never smiled and the other two jammed up the line with a return. I waited in line ten minutes because of a employee return. Plus neither of them could figure out how to do the return. When no smiles girl finally cleared her line I moved over only to be told I'd have wait cause she wanted to help another customer. I was beyond furious at this point. Laid the shorts down and left. I'll not be back. I'll order what I need online. They need to retrain the girls from last night. They were clueless and had zero customer service skills.
