Went with my mother while she took her car to the car and lube Express to get an oil change. They got it done and under an hour so we were happy. We also bought a couple of things. We used self checkout. I like their self checkout area and the way they have it set up now. Where they have looks like a little snack area and then the self checkout. I like it better than the old way they used to have it. ~Jerricka

For one let me tell you that the customer service in the jewelry department is poor. Also they need to change their attitudes when a customer walks up to them with a problem and they automatically get defensive. I would not recommend supporting these people at this store and the jewelry department it is disgusting. They blame it on lights but I’m sure it takes a while for that dust/mold to accumulate over time. Lazy and very unprofessional. ~Tyler

Ross always has great deals. Place was clean and staff friendly. I learned that the polls on the shopping carts are not for jousting. 😛 UPDATE! They still got good deals, and they are hiring for anyone who needs to know. ~BR

I have always shopped Old Navy for staples like t-shirts and jeans - in fact, I will only wear Old Navy jeans. But, my visit today was a total disappointment. The store was dirty, selection on everything but jeans (which they had plenty of) was skimpy. The store looked like a war zone! I finally bought a pair of leggings and a button-down shirt for me and some kid's t-shirts for my granddaughter. The young woman that completed by check out was so unpleasant. My button-down was on sale and when I told her this, she argued with me and had me go the where these shirts were and show her. It was only then that she very begrudgingly changed the price if my shirt. I have enough Old Navy jeans to last my lifetime and shopping through Amazon is so much easier, that i probably won't be back to Old Navy. ~Sharon

Dropped into Thunder Valley Fitness when my family and I visited TN! A couple things stood out to me about this gym! 1. Their website drew me in. Compared to other gyms I was looking up.. their website was very easy to navigate and straight forward. 2. When I messaged the number on their Instagram asking about dropping in.. one of the owners called me! I was very pleased with how friendly, intentional and welcoming he was. 3. When we attended the classes, everyone was very warm and welcoming. You can tell this gym truly strives to set a family culture here! I believe that’s what can set a gym apart. & this one succeeded! The gym was very clean and organized. And the workouts were fun and challenging! Hopefully we will get to visit again one day! I would highly recommend Thunder Valley Fitness if you’re in the Johnson city area. ☺️ ~Morgan
