Their customer service is amazing! The staff here was insanely helpful, the young man that helped me and my friend offered up advice on which boards are best. And also gave us a very generous discount. I’d encourage you to check this place out if you’re just getting into skating, or are looking for some trendy clothes, or are looking for a quality board. It’s a very chill setting, and there was no hate on beginners!! No talk of being a “poser” anywhere.

The Zumiez in The Johnson City Mall is most definitely My personal favorite! Pretty much the best Zumiez I have been to! The employees here are the friendliest, most attentive and helpful out of any store in the mall! Lukas and Will along with Gabe and all the others, are very obviously dedicated to their stores customers. Hands down, the best employees I have encountered in quite some time. I was greeted and welcomed into the store as soon as I stepped foot through the door and was helped with any and every question that I had! I was most assuredly very well pleased that both Lukas and Will were friendly and quick to assist others while also maintaining a friendly manner to all. I will most definitely return time and time again!!

I didn’t get any of the guys names but they were all so helpful and gave great customer service. We have been to the zumiez in Knoxville and other places and this store was by far the best. Had plenty of stock on the sales floor and was very attentive to the customers!!! And was super nice to us! Thank you guys!

Hands down best customer service I’ve ever received! Canyon, Gabe and Toren are an incredible asset to Zumiez!! They created such an positive environment in the store and helped with soooo much! 10/10 would recommend shopping at this location!!
