Always drop and hook from me. Very large place, ok staff. No over night parking. Very busy most of the time.

Most of the employees were quite pleasant until I went the traffic office(building 2). The sign at the first window says pick up at the second window. While I’m waiting at the second window no one comes. I am literally the only person in there at the time. So I head back to the first window. There’s A older Hispanic woman at the first desk (I’m assuming she’s Hispanic). I’m trying to get her attention then she says “I don’t know why she’s staring at me the sign says next window”. Now I would’ve been out of line for catching an attitude and addressing her comment. This is also my second interaction with the same woman, neither one pleasant. THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD. She can lose the attitude before someone decides to help her with it. A simple “someone will be with you shortly” would’ve been just fine.

Sitting outside of guard gate for 2 hours now for a empty drop and hook preloaded trailer, and I'm only half way through this line as I write this. I don't know what's taking so long to get trucks through, and I really don't care. No excuse can justify this.

No social distancing. Guard got so close I could smell her bad breath through my mask. Not taking temps until after drivers are out of their trucks. Port container haulers not wearing masks. Also be prepared to sit in line over an hour

Horrible today, it took 2 hours to check in the front gate. They need to be more aware of who they team at the gate. Two older and slower employees leads to a very long wait. Out of four employees working the gate one, a younger lady, was the only one moving truck. NO TRUCK DRIVER SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT TWO HOURS TO CKECK IN A GATE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED.

Working one year now and what do I say... the pay is good enough to support me with living in an apartment and having a car. I can make more money if working overtime which is a big bonus. All is good, but many rules and they write you up for everything even asking for a band-aid or a headache pill. Come on, man.

Best pay around, better benefits than Amazon and good hours. Despite that I hated every single day I worked here. Micromanagement to ridiculous levels, they are screwing employees over everywhere they can while smiling and saying it's to help you. This place literally gave me prehypertension and my blood pressure is still screwed up. How anyone can work there for even a year is just amazing to me.
