This location is closest to my home, so I stop often for a quick trip. Unfortunately I realized after using their app, that on most trips, at least half the items ring up more than the shelf price. I mentioned it several times to the cashier, who's response was, "Yeah, a lot of customers complain about that" as she still charged the register price. The manager will not answer the store phone, so don't bother calling. I began taking a picture of the shelf price and requesting it at the register. Legally they must give you the lowest shelf price, check the milk, it frequently has 3 shelf prices. Sure they offer good deals on their app, but often the price is .25 to $1 more than the shelf price. After mentioning the chips were over shelf price, as my friend says, you need to make a life decision on whether to buy a bag of chips or a gallon of gas, they totally quit putting shelf prices on the entire chip aisle. They still ring up wrong, they just hide it better.

I really do NOT like having to go to this store. It's NEVER clean or organized. It's ALWAYS very warm temperature wise. I wonder if the AC actually works? Thing I can't stand most is that I NEVER see a person on the floor of the store doing ANYTHING. I come into the store various times of day and night and NEVER an associate on the floor. But if they are not at a register they are close by one so they can joke & laugh while the other associate checking customers out. If you can avoid.

Dollar General is still in transition. All stock inventory has not been shelved. The customer service, and the effort to find what I needed was outstanding! I will return.

Went in for birthday card sign said 2 for a dollar. NOT!! Did get a nice top for my niece, said half price and the cashier said, "Oh no. Buy one get half of the next one." But when the tag was scanned. It was half price. She made a big deal out of it but still gave it to me for the scan price. 😁

The Staff was great, very helpful. A worker named Misty stopped what she was doing to help me find an item! You never see that in customer service these days. But the store was extremely hot. They said the AC wasn't broken. I dont think the owner understands the more comfortable a customer is at a store, the longer they stay and shop!

Customer service is good but, there is alwas this one older lady at the register who has to spark a conersation with everyone. Don't get me wrong, that's great customer service but, she goes on and on even after the transaction. Making everyone else wait.

This company is great. I always like finding my name brands I use on a regular, even some items you wouldn't think to find at a dollar store. I'll say it I love shopping dollar store. But this . Dollar store imparticulor never has any I need. It never fails..they have too much back stock to push any new or updated products
