I visited the tech ridge location and saw they were extremely busy with foot traffic however I was helped by Stephanie within a few short minutes and her service was amazing! She was extremely articulate and one of the most friendly employees I’ve come across in a while, will definitely be visiting this location more often when I need T-Mobile services.

Metro has an unfortunate reputation for having garbage customer service. Thankfully, Metro By T-Mobile on 500 W Canyon Drive has amazing customer service! The attendees were smart, helpful, and didn't try to to sell us a lot of stuff. The store is well decorated and modern looking. The plans are great and the rates are even better. If you're looking for an excellent phone provider with low prices, great phones (no LG flagships, unfortunately) then you'll definitely want to stop by!

While the young lady was knowledgeable and helpful, the policy needs to be revised of upgrades. Bought a brand new phone and watched her take it out of the box, however phone has a defect after playing with it for a few hours. Went back at open, next business day and the best they can do is order a warranty phone and hope that it's brand new as well. Waiting patiently on warranty phone to arrive. They said if you don't like the phone you've just purchased and/or it's defective, buy a new one. WTH? I just spent $500 in your store and this is all you can do for me.. What a joke! Needless to say Metro will not be provider for much longer. Update**** Warranty phone was a bust, had the same defect. Had to go through a lot of talking and letting the management know my consumer rights. They have agreed to allow me to exchange the phone of my choosing to fix the issue. This is all that I've wanted from the beginning. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience at metropcs Highly recommend! Best pricing best service I've had purchasing. I send everyone I know to metropcs and they all have left happy! Go see joe he has very great product knowledge, very quick great with numbers and got us the best coverages to fit our needs! Would give them 10 stars if Google would let me!

Really great experience here. The employees were genuinely helpful and worked together to get me everything I needed but were not pushy in the least, even on accessories. It was also really awesome that they explained the terms and conditions (Sprint told me not to read, just sign). I went in planning to get a particular phone/plan, and walked out with a better phone for less money. I haven't gone to the MetroPCS retailers, but I'm betting it's worth driving here. The store itself is really nice as well. This was the best experience I have had with any phone purchase. And not specific to the store, but MetroPCS coverage in Austin has also been excellent.

Best selection of phones and accessories by far in Austin. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you have the best device, accessories, and plan according to your needs. The store itself is HUGE and is always so clean, it's very impressive.

This place is a real piece of work, the person in charge Joe is refuses to do anything about one of his employees stealing money from me, lying about my rate plans, my insurance deductible and sold me a device that never work correctly from the beginning! Now I can't talk to my nine-year-old daughter who has terminal cancer because MetroPCS has ripped me off for every penny I had!

Could be better. Got this kid by the name of Daniel Riojas.. and the entire time, he basically was half humming/singing the songs coming over the speaker. And then talking w/me in between each "break" of the song. It was quite distracting. I don't know if it was his off day, but there were a few things that I had to point out and was later apologetically corrected. No big deal. It was a weekend. But still, the customer service, knowledge and professionalism could've been better.
