Website says it closes at 11pm & they don’t like making pizza after 6:30pm saying they close at 7pm. Allowing online orders just to not be made & take our money without food or refund. RIDICULOUS

I keep getting bad service at this location. They closed down today for "system down" but couldn't give a time as to when they will be back up. I know it's probably not the guys working there but just frustrated that this location is the closest and there is always something wrong!

I’m just going to save you time and money and say to never order from this place again. The staff are lazy and will usually close the place early. Lazy workers these days smh

The people here are very nice. They will go out there way to help you. Do not be surprised if you go they are busy. They do there best to make sure to try to get your food out. But it is hard when there is only 2 people working including the manager.

I just received the best customer service at this little Caesars. A young woman in the front managed to get my order ready, prepare food for the guest in line behind me, and had a great attitude! She was so helpful and even asked if I wanted an extra bag or napkins despite how busy she was. I will come back to this little Caesars again because the customer service was so good! I hope upper management notices this employee for her hard work.

I love the thin crust and the calzone but the online orders are always shut off for some reason so I cant make a pickup order ahead of time. Really sad cause I love their affordable pizzas. May as well just go across the street and buy a pizza to cook myself.

Pizza and price are good. They frequently and blatantly do not make enough pizza to service the rushes resulting in 30 min + wait times or simply being told no pizza will be available at all. ??? It’s a shame. The person who runs this business could see growth, but they are clearly only satisfied with doing the minimum.

Simply put the staff do not do their jobs. They close the store early multiple nights in a week and have unwelcoming attitudes. I will go anywhere else to get pizza after today because I can’t even be certain when I go that anyone will be at the store. I know this staff doesn’t care whether I get my pizza there or not. I know they don’t think losing my business is a loss. That’s why I will no longer spend money here. Pizza is great though. This place would profit greatly from better management.

Good pizza and prices. Never know whether I’ll be able to get one or not when I go though. The staff ruin the place. They take being unprofessional to a new low. THE TERMS HOT AND READY DO NOT APPLY AT THIS LITTLE CEASERS LOCATION

Will not buy from this location again. I bought two pizzas from them. They were burnt and the pretzel crust tasted like chemicals at the bottom. The phone number was not on the receipt and the area I live in has had phone service so I was unable to look it up online. Went to them the next day where the manager told us they will not replace pizza if I did not have the old pizza. Then told us she did not carry pretzel crust anymore when though the signs are still up. Bad customer service.
