Welcome to the worst fast food service in Cleveland tx. I ordered a Big Mac with light sauce and got extra sauce. If you ask cheese they won't add the cheese. If you ask for plain burger you get everything on it. The customer service skills sucks when ordering through the drive thru menu, they are rude when ordering. Their welcome greeting is silence or what do you want or sometimes just "Yeah" maybe once or twice in 9 years have I heard welcome to McDonald's can I take your order. It was probably not a child or child manager running at the time. What happened to the old school service? I'm thinking the owners need to take a good look at their company or companies and how there training is. ~Frank

With at least 2 other auto parts very close by, one of which just built a new store, I still choose Whitners every time. A shiney new store doesn't change what's behind the counter and what you will find here is the good quality parts you're looking for and friendly and knowledgeable people to help you. If you've never been here you should give em a shot! You'll be glad you did. ~Heather

I used the mobile app. Everything went smooth. When I pulled up to the drive thru I had to scream to be heard. They were out of half of what I ordered which was annoying but whatevs. But then my order wasn't substituted. I was served trash ~Dana

Not sure what the draw is to Hartz? I don't get it... The food is marginal at best... I was raised on southern cooking and this is not worth the time nor money... We should have gone to Sonic for better tasting food... lol ~Mark

I was helped by one of the associates, Hailey, and she was amazing. She recommended me to different products and answered any of the questions I may have had in regards to those products. If she is not a manager, she definitely should be a manager. I will only be shopping with Hailey from here on out! ~Symore

No explanation of why they are closed and was during "open" hours. Had gotten a notification my prescription was ready & wasn't really surprised to see this when I arrived 30 minutes later. This is a pretty poor pharmacy, any time I have had questions about a medication or further details, the pharmaceutical tech wasn't very knowledgeable. ~J

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Ms. K Hart worked late to get my tax return done and called me every step of the way..she even went out of her way to explain how I could file an amendment to get money I thought I was unable to get back. I will use liberty tax services in Cleveland from now on! ~Amanda

As the norm! NOT enough registers open. Had to use the scan & go. Of course there is always a line. Come on the CEO of Wal-Mart you have the $$$$$$ pay your employees better than minimum wage & maybe the turnover won't be as bad. Ohhhh! That parking lot needs a good cleaning. ~Lisa
