Haven’t been there in months and don’t intend to return. Just a few examples as to why. 1) parking lot is poorly marked and in need of re-striping. Voiced my concern about this several times, the aisles are not wide enough to support two way traffic and if someone is pulling thru and exiting the wrong way they are creating a log-jam and potentially DEADLY road rage incident, IMO! (strike one) 2) rarely any shopping carts inside the store, better off bringing one in from the lot (strike two) 3) they blame COVID for supply shortages and pricing when the truth of the matter is they have charged higher prices that H‑E‑B and other Walmart stores (New Caney and Porter are cheaper) for years now, long before COVID! (strike three-I’m outta there!) The above AND other customer concerns listed prior to mine are ample reason to take my shopping dollars elsewhere!

WALMART, PLEASE FIX YOUR A/C !!!Its so hot in there! Especially in the pharmacy area. I asked the cashier about a month ago why the store was so hot and she said its because they were having “A/C troubles”. I remember it being hot long before then and I just went today and nothing has changed. Come on, its 100 degrees outside! Walmart is a multimillion dollar company. I have a hard time believing they cant fix their AC. Seems more like they’re trying to save money on their energy bill.

2 checkout lines open. 11 people in my line alone. Ridiculous. You'll never brainwash me to do self check out. I rarely patronize Walmart. And now you know why

On the first day of July knowing people are all getting ready for 4th of July they had three main registers open and see yourself check out which we all know nobody can actually do their self so it was long lines and complete chaos

I always have a great time at Walmart except for the customer service lady told me that they didn't deal with Walmart money cards how's that even possible Walmart money card WalMart card Walmart they kind of go together don't they

Rude employees blocking the aisles, looking right at you and ignoring you. I understand they're working, but at least acknowledge the customer. The cashier was VERY rude, swatting away my husband's hand when he offered to scan the case of water on the bottom the cart, and then arguing with him about why he wasn't allowed to help. Just decline the help and move on, I shouldn't feel tension while paying for my groceries! I get more frustrated every time I enter a Walmart store. Why do I go back??

I hate going to any Walmart!!! They have all these register's and only put 1 cashier to work. They want me to spend my money and check and bag what I bought. On top of them when I leave they have someone stop to check my receipt after they sit and watch me checkout. I go to Walmart as a last resort!

As the norm! NOT enough registers open. Had to use the scan & go. Of course there is always a line. Come on the CEO of Wal-Mart you have the $$$$$$ pay your employees better than minimum wage & maybe the turnover won't be as bad. Ohhhh! That parking lot needs a good cleaning.

Hire some cashiers ffs! I'm done with Walmart for now. Standing in line for 20-30 minutes to buy half a dozen things is not working. I would much rather drive 5 minutes more, not do all the work myself, and be able to check out in a few minutes. Saving a dollar isn't worth wasting the time!

Typical Walmart. Some empty shelves. Not a lot of employees on the floor. Those that are don't greet you, too busy looking at cellphones. Not a lot of cashiers, most customers corralled into the self-serve lanes. Also, like all Walmarts now, not open 24 hours.
